After finishing applying her make-up Evelynn walked away from the bathroom and saw Akali scrolling down her phone while having a perfect posture on the couch. That in itself was a huge red flag of something being wrong, but Evelynn only had the confirmation of something being amiss after she hugged Akali from behind, pressing her breasts against her back and wrapping her arms around the assassin's shoulders. No answer.

"What're you doing, darling?" She asked while placing a kiss on Akali's cheek, and having no discretion when staring at her current lover's phone screen.

"Stalking Sera's new boyfriend" Akali answered while making a face, opening another link after reading some news article.

"I thought you were over it" Evelynn jokes, undoing the hug and going around the couch to sit beside Akali, grabbing her own laptop from the center table and booting it up "What are we looking for?"

"Some guy named 'Viego', with a V " She answered, having her impression of said man getting lowered by each gossip she managed to find about him.

"The one from Camavor Enterprise? Our songbird really is shooting high" There was a tone of pride in Evelynn's voice as she simply typed away that name, and the first result being some tabloid articles about the ascending star Seraphine getting caught with new rock not-quite-sensation-but-kinda-pretty-popular nepotism baby Viego.

"I wish! This guy is like my age and is already divorced!" Which means something must have happened, but in every news Akali searched all went back to either the speculations about Pentakill's new album before it was released or a few resumes about his preppy life.

But that was the results from searching on surface places only, and Evelynn's golden eyes glowed with a predatory energy as they danced around the words she read, with her face becoming stone hard and her voice cold as true ice, "And apparently was multiple charges of physical assault against him"

Akali almost dropped her phone, managing to instead clench to it even harder as she leaned towards Evelynn's side, squishing her own body against the older woman's.

"From who?"

"That's what we'll find out. But keep Ahri in line already"

Yeah so exposing your whole face in a mall as a kind-of-public figure really wasn't a good idea. But hey, at least that "encounter" did escalate into a date which they both managed to enjoy before going their separate ways. It took a bit of persuasion to convince Viego she would be fine by herself and didn't need a ride to get home. They only had shared a kiss and that didn't mean Seraphine was ready to let him know where she lived. All the enjoyment ended after she finally checked her phone and saw her notifications being flooded with people tagging everywhere and messages from pretty much everyone she knew, including her dad, asking for clarifications.

C'mon, did the media really have to blow everything out of proportion?! It was only one display of physical affection and now people are saying she was spotted with her new boyfriend !

That was the first time Seraphine felt relieved that she wasn't on the K/DA press tour anymore because she could only imagine how furious Ahri would be if she had to handle that situation. But now Sera was on her own, and she was too tired from walking around to even care about that gossip and her first kiss with Viego being registered so anyone could see it. The only reason she didn't turn off her phone was to keep track of her current trip, putting her phone in the "not disturb" function so she could at least ignore the notifications for a few minutes and by the end she even gave a generous tip to her driver for not trying to chat with a very pissed off cotton candy of fury on the backseat.
