"I...I'm sorry I didn't mean to shout, something happened to me recently but that's not important, you've got a big choice to make Vislor Turlough," she said.

"What choice?" He asked still shocked after what just happened.

"Two choices..." she announced.
"A chance at redemption."

"Choice 1: you can go into your younger self's body or Choice 2: you go back and you go as yourself but your younger self must never know that you are him, your choice," she said.

Turlough sat there thinking about the choices, he was fidgeting with his hands still.

"I've made my choice," he said proudly standing up.
"I would prefer choice two," he said excitedly.

"Alright, but if your younger self finds out that you are him then you must wipe his memory," she said.

"But how?" He asked.

"Look, like this," she said while pulling both his arms up by the sides of her head.

"Pull out those fingers," she said. She pulled out his pointing finger and his middle finger. She pushed his fingers on both sides of her head.

"There, then his memory will be adjusted by me," she said.

"So I'll have to do that....every single time?" He asked curiously.

"Until you go to Frontios, where you find out about the Tractators, your other friends can know your identity," she explained.

"Alright...I'm ready" he said walking towards the transmat device.

"Wait, you need to wear this," she said passing him a colourful electronic watch and putting it on his left arm.

"Wow, very high tech but what does it do?" He asked mesmerised by the colours.

"The buttons are to help you, the red one is to call me if you need help or just want to talk or ask questions. The green one is to change your clothing but you have to think of the clothes you want to wear. The others are for if you want food, drink or even rest," she explained while getting the device ready as Vislor was in it.

"Thank you-" he said. But he was cut off by him getting transmitted to a different place and a different time.
