Megatron had gone back to the brig, accompanied by Soundwave as they both carefully looked over data. Megatron had wanted for a good long while to have his crazy, yet elite group of flyers returned. But with Starscream being easily the only one in close range, everyone knew it'd have to be careful breeding on either his own choice or someone else's.

Megatron intended to save that race.

All it'd require was a sparkbond and some kinder treatment to the seeker. He laughed to himself, nothing loud but it certainly did catch Soundwave's attention.

: Megatron?

The silver gladiator looked over to where Soundwave's blank screen face stared into his very spark.

: Humored?

Megatron paused before smiling, "Thinking of a small plan of mine. I'll lower Starscream's guard and have him recreate the seeker flock we once had in Decepticon ranks. First– It's just a matter of getting rid of that anxiety he has, ridding of that PTSD–"

Soundwave cut him off.

: Pardon?

Megatron blinked at the other once, and the silent mech continued over comm.

: Megatron ; Delusional?

The warlord scoffed. "What gives the impression?"

: Condition; PTSD. Cure ; Nonexistent. Megatron ; Insane?

Megatron blinked again and huffed loudly. "Surely, there is a way to at least lower its effects? Perhaps a dial on his profoundly damaged processor?"

Soundwave's head tilted back, expressing his own exhaustion with an idiot.

: Yes. Impossible with Starscream.

"Why?"

: "You are not"–"single handedly the"—"only reason"–"he is"–"this way."
Soundwave played through various recordings.

Megatron let out a low "Hmm." and turned away. Perhaps his little plan would be more tough than he thought, but by primus, that seeker would be the one to seek his attention day by day eventually.
