you are a proclaimed matchmaker in tokyo paid bountifully by your clients— a mastermind when it comes to creating, establishing, and formulating romantic relationships. preparing dates? picking out outfits? picking gifts? you got it! throughout your years of occupation, you have never once failed in creating happily ever after's.
until yuta okkotsu comes to your office, naïve, inexperienced, and oblivious to the nuances of romantic entanglements. from the consecutive meetings, you seem to be holding on to your number one rule as a matchmaker: don't fall in love with your clients.
II. PREFACE
before proceeding, let me dominate the stage for a while— as the biggest yuta okkotsu fan, i've finally decided to write this fanfiction, and i'm glad to be able to share it to all of you! ૮₍ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ₎ა i have a few reminders & notes to share regarding this fic that will ensure you'll be able to read comfortably after ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ !
★ ˓˓ the entire story is in LOWERCASE format. i just felt this necessary to be said. i know how to capitalize very well, but writing in lowercase just makes me feel at ease. if this somehow bothers you, exiting is an option!
★ ˓˓ this story has MATURE THEMES. it uses uncensored profanities, may tackle sensitive topics (i'll be sure to add trigger warnings before the chapter begins), and may contain NSFW. in terms of NSFW, i have no intention yet to write lemon / smut, especially that yuta is originally minor. although in this fic, he is aged up, and the rest of the characters are too for the sake of the story. just let me think about this NSFW for a while lol, i don't want to cause controversiality.
★ ˓˓ this story is a FEMALE READER / YUTA. it is going to use "she/her" pronouns when referring to the reader. just let your mind substitute your actual name on [NAME] but i assure you this fic won't use descriptions of you like "blonde hair with big blue orbs" that's a big YIKES.
★ ˓˓ and regarding that, i assure you this fic won't use cringe photos of what your outfit, make up, or what your house looks like every chapter. LMAO. this is strictly a linear fanfiction!
