I've been going through a lot so sorry for not uploading, I also broke up with my gf and now she has a bf so that's fun. I've also been sober for nine months since I last updated this book! (I'm coming back here a month later, no longer sober.)

TW: struggle with mental illness, suicide (I kinda self projected a lot here)

-

The interesting thing about mental illness is how much you change. Or rather, how much the person you knew for two years of your life change.

They became less interested in the things they loved, they distanced themself, they stopped paying attention to anything around them, they started having outbursts.

One minute they'd be fine and calm, the next they could zone out and think everyone hate them, or they would be easily agitated and angry, they would lash out with all their feelings bottling out.

Their mind was the only thing about them that Tweek hated, the way they thought.

Tweek made his way to the art room, the lights were off, the only source of brightness came from the window since the blinds were open.

By the window was a figure painting, Tweek stepped in knocking softly to not startle the person there. When they looked back, Tweek gave them a small smile.

"Tweek." "Hi Pete."

Tweek walked over to Pete who had turned back continuing their painting. It was a charcoal drawing, Tweek didn't really understand it but it seemed to be a person from the neck lie and the chin.

The drawing didn't seem done yet so Tweek gave up trying to guess. "Micheal and Hen' are looking for you, they asked where you were."

Tweek leaned against one of the tables. Pete quietly continued their drawing. "I'd rather be alone right now, it's my free period."

Tweek grinned. "You don't want to see me then?" pete gave a look to Tweek before annoyingly looking away. The blond laughed at that.

After a moment of silence, Tweek took a deep breath. "How's it going with Dr. Richz? Are you having trouble with your new medicine." Pete sighed. "I hate it, it tastes like shit."

"Tastes like shit but at least you won't feel like it." The blonde hummed kicking his feet a bit.

"My mom wants them to up my dosage, 2 pills doesn't do anything to me." Tweek watched Pete's thumb smudge some of the black on the canvas smoothly. "Are you sure? Don't take more than you can handle."

Pete scoffed. "You're not my doctor." "You're right, if not then I'd have to be fired for unprofessional affairs." Tweek's thumb hooked on Pete's apron pocket tugging leading them over to him.

Tweek wrapped his arms around Pete's neck giving them a soft smile.

"You're beautiful, you know that?" Pete tried giving him an annoyed look but it was overshadowed by the fondness in their eyes. "You tell me everyday, how could I forget?"

"And I'll keep reminding you everyday, because I don't think I've ever laid eyes on something so breathtaking."

-

"I don't think they're here today, they weren't in my first period."

Tweek frowned, this is the second day Pete wasn't here, and Pete's only really absent for their therapy sessions. He wasn't going to stress about it, Pete probably didn't have the energy this morning.

"I'll go to their house then after school, thanks Henrietta."

The girl waved him off flipping to another page in her journal.
