Chapter 26

Liz’s POV

The next day I woke up in Niall’s arms, I freaked out for a second but then saw that we both had all our clothes on… so nothing happened (thank God).

I was trying to move slowly to not wake him up but when I pulled away a bit I felt his arms tighten around me.

“Where do you think you’re going?” he asked as he slowly opened his eyes.

“In about 3 hours I will be on a plane for 9 hours, I need to take a good shower” I whispered.

“Nooo” he complained.

“No what?” I asked confused, why wouldn’t he want me to take a shower?

“Don’t go… please?” he pleaded quietly.

Oh how I wish I could stay…

“I can’t, I have responsibilities Ni” I whispered but I snuggled closer to him, placing my head on his chest.

“You said you love me” he whispered suddenly in my ear, I turned to look at him while he smiled.

“Last night you said you love me” he repeated his smile growing wider; I blushed and hid my face in his chest.

“I really should stop drinking from now on” I said quietly and he laughed.

“You should drink more, I’ll probably get you to marry me if you’re drunk enough” he joked.

“Keep dreaming Irish boy” I said while I pulled away, got up and walked to the bathroom.

Niall’s POV

Liz was about to leave for the airport and she wouldn’t let us take her.

We were upset about her leaving and on top she wouldn’t allow us a little more time with her?

“That’s bullshit, Liz, why?” I asked.

“I don’t know, maybe because you’re famous and we would be attacked by screaming fans! …. Guys, I love you all, I do, and I would love it if you could take me to the airport but I can’t afford to be seen with celebrities because my face would be all over magazines, then other spies could recognize me and they would hurt you to get to me. Please understand that I don’t want anything to happen to you” she finished slowly and we hung our heads in defeat.

She was right, I never even thought about that.

I grabbed her hand and took her outside, turned to face her.

“That’s why you have to think so much about being with me, right? If we date and it becomes public, something bad could happen?” I asked and the sadness in her expression was answer enough.

“I will break up with Andrew though, even if I can’t be with you, my hearts belongs to you” she whispered with watery eyes.

“Hey, don’t cry” I whispered and grabbed her face in my hands.

“I will think of something, there is no way we won’t get our happy ending, Liz. You are my princess and I will be your prince” I finished my little speech with a soft kiss on her lips and then we hugged.

“Hey lovebirds, we wouldn’t want her to miss the flight” Louis yelled without much enthusiasm.

She hugged everyone and left quickly as if she took a little longer she might not leave at all.

I need to find a way to be with her…

Part 2

Liz’s POV

I broke up with Andrew as soon as I got back and we talked.

He said that he knew that it would happen but he was glad I found love.

I didn’t tell him I wasn’t planning on being with Niall because he would try to “help”.

I really missed the guys, especially Niall but we texted constantly so that made it easier.

3 WEEKS LATER

Niall’s POV

After weeks without seeing Liz I was more than ready to see her.

We had just arrived at the mansion, and were about to knock. (For the record, she didn’t know we were coming, it was more of a surprise).

Tyler opened the door and smiled “Guys! Long time no see” he said and started hugging us one by one until he got to me.

“You!” I looked at him not sure where this was going.

“I like you Niall and it’s been a long time since I’ve seen Liz this hooked with a guy so you better not hurt her or I’ll have to hurt you” he said smiling and I shook my head nervously.

“I would never think of hurting her” I said really fast.

“I hope not” he said and then hugged me too.

“Liz! Come here!” he yelled and about 2 minutes later she walked in the room, when she saw us she seemed shocked but then ran towards us.

Louis was the first one to get to her so they hugged and exchanged ‘I missed yous’.

The rest of the guys decided to go before me because I would take too long or something like that.

Before she could hugged me I took in her appearance; her highlights that used to be blonde, now were red, she had a small star shaped piercing on her nose and a tattoo on her wrist caught my attention.

I grabbed her arm and looked at it, it said “Only God can judge me” in cursive writing.

I looked up at her who was looking at me like questioning with her eyes if I approved, after a moment I smiled and hugged her.

“My rock angel it’s now my rock princess” I whispered in her ear and she laughed.

“By the way, sweats have never looked so sexy” I added and she blushed.

“You didn’t tell me you were coming, I would have made myself more presentable” she said and I grinned.

“You look beautiful all the time, no matter what you wear” I told her and she smiled.

“Hey Liz, what’s up with the new look, pretty cool though. But for the record you could get hundreds of tattoos and piercings and you would still have that same baby face so you will never look intimidating” Louis joked and we laughed.

“I wasn’t trying to look intimidating, just wanted to express myself” she said proudly and I put my arm around her shoulder and pulled her close, I was soo happy to be next to her again…

it’s time to find a way to make this work I will not live without her in my life.
