Chapter 15

“Okay, everyone, 10 minutes break” I said while I walked towards the door.

"Why are you here?” I asked Andrew while I walked towards him.

“Heard about what happened, captain told me to come check on you. But I don’t think we should talk about it right now” he said a little hushed.

“Don’t worry, thanks to Tyler everyone in this room knows what happened and why”.

“Ooh he must have been really pissed when he found out” Andrew commented.

“No shit, it cost me my secret. I don’t mind that much though, I trust this guys and well it’s easier not to keep half of your life a secret from everyone” I said walking out of the room and everyone followed.

We entered the kitchen and everyone sat down on the chairs while I checked the fridge and took out juice to give to everyone.

“Need any help” asked Zayn.

I smiled up at him “Sure, thank you”.

“No problem” he said and winked at me.

“So, what’s up Drew how’s life?” I asked all friendly like.

“Life’s pretty good, kind of got worried when I found you got hurt though, you never get hurt. I was in Egypt when ‘Captain’ called me.” He answered while he drank the juice.

“I know, I’ve been a little… distracted, but I heard the team got 2 of the guys from that night” I added.

“Yeah, they’re in questioning. I went there and I swear I just wanted to hurt them real bad, they literally had to drag me out of the room because they were scared I was going to kill them or something” he said a little low.

I looked at him “Why do you even care?” I asked a little harshly even if it wasn’t my intention.

He looked up at me, saw my expression and stood up, walked towards me and when he was standing in front of me he said “Hey, we broke up, but that doesn’t mean I don’t care about you. And you’re probably mad at me because I left, but it was necessary. It doesn’t change anything though. No one will ever, EVER take the place you have in my heart, Liz. You are the sweetest, honest, most beautiful person I have ever met in my life, and I thank God for the privilege of putting you in front of me three years ago”.

“Oh, you’ve got to be kidding me” I whispered to myself.

“What was that?” Andrew asked.

“I said you’re invading my personal space so you should back off” I said making it up as I talked.

That made him smile, “You’ve got a new attitude huh? I like it” he said.

“Hey man” Zayn started, “She said back off” finished Niall.

Zayn looked at him and smiled “What he said” he added pointing at Niall.

Andrew lifted an eyebrow at them and looked at me with amusement in his expression.

“You’ve got bodyguards now?” he said trying to make a joke out of the situation (which was so him).

“Because I’m sure neither of them is your boyfriend, you broke up with that Dylan ‘douche’ a couple of weeks ago” he stated.

“How do you know that?” I asked surprised.

“C’mon love, the fact that I left doesn’t mean I was not going to keep an eye on you”.

“Creeper” whispered Harry.

“Stalker” coughed Louis and I burst out laughing but then Andrew looked at me and I put my hand over my mouth to make myself stop.
