Chapter 4- First Date

Now on to really exciting news!!!  

OK so I am going to try something new, to my next fans (depending on how many of you I might have a limit I am thinking of 5 but it can change) I am going to put your name as one of the characters in the next chapter. It may be a short-term character or a long term, not sure yet but I thought it was a fun idea. So here it is Kat and Jake’s First Date.

The next day was great because I only had one class and it was in the morning. It went across quickly, and since it was Friday, I knew Jake never had any classes. After class I went straight to the mall to go hunting for shoes, I walked into random shoe stores, you see I was not one of those girls who only wear shoes with specific brand names, and as long as they looked hot, I would want it. I was getting frustrated now because the time was going and I had not found any shoes that I liked, I mean I’m picky when it comes to shoes, I’m not looking for brand names but they have to look really amazing. Just as I was leaving, I spotted something in the display window. I shot into the store asked the woman for a size 6 ½, I did not worry about the price because it was the last pair.

It was almost six when I reached to my room. I went into the bathroom to take a shower; I took my time because I loved how the warm water felt. I turned off the shower and stepped out, wrapped a towel around my body and brushed my teeth. When I was finished, I got the gorgeous dress and put it on, and then I put the robe over it so the dress would not be messed up. I sat in front of the mirror and carefully applied my make-up and took the curlers out of my hair, which made my hair bouncy and reached the mid section of my back.

When I was finished, it was already eight so I slipped on my heels and walked to the front of the campus. I could see some people looking at me and whispering but I tried my best to ignore them. I was starting to second-guess myself I was about to go back when I heard someone call me name.

“Ms. Anderson”

“um… yes”

My name is Caleb and I will be your driver. He opened the door to a black limo.

Oh wow, Jake got a limo for me, I cannot believe this.

I thanked Caleb and got in. My eyes widen when I looked inside, I had never been in a limo before. It felt like the prom ride I never got.

It took us about half an hour before we reached , then he finally stopped and opened the door for me  and the first thing I say was the ‘Parfait Café’  and then I saw him standing there looking like a model ripped out of a magazine. I could not believe I got so lucky to get a date with him. I walked up to him smiling.

“Hi” I managed to say

“wow you look more beautiful than I imagined”

“Thanks” I blushed… a lot

“You look handsome yourself”

“Thank You, Shall we go in”

I nodded my head and he opened the door for me. That was so sweet; I mean how many guys still do that now. We walked up to the Hostess

“Good Evening and Welcome to ‘Parfait café, do you have a reservation?”
