The Unexpected (LawLu)

CHAPTER 6

I know the story isn't moving very fast. But I really don't want to rush it. I like when its more drawn out. It gives the readers more to read, and allows me to write even more.

So, this story will be more of a slowburn and fluff. Towards the end, maybe some lemon. Idk yet. I haven't decided lol :/

"I guess I really do like Luffy-ya..." Law said chuckling to himself.

He got up and left the room after his face had cooled off a bit. 'I just need to focus on defeating Kaido, then get out of here. I cant get sucked into him. I don't have time for relationships. Plus me and Luffy-ya would never work out. We are both pirate captains. I don't want that kind of weakness to be open to the world.' He was so busy trying to talk himself out of liking Luffy, he didn't notice the man walking in front of him. Not until he bumped into him that is.

Law looked down and saw Zoro glaring at him.

"Oi, Trafalgar. What the fuck did you do to Luffy? He looked like he had been crying and he came from this way. I came to see who I would find, and here you are. He also had this weird look on his face, it was all red. Now, would you please tell me what the fuck you did to my captain?" Zoro asked, clearly pissed off.

"I didn't do anything to him Roronoa-ya. I just helped him with something," Law said coldly.

"He doesn't cry if you are just helping him!" Zoro yelled.

"I helped him because he was crying! He doesn't want you to know so I'm not going to tell you! Now, will you back OFF?!" Law yelled back.

Zoro flinched as if he was slapped, then his eyes grew dark. "What do you mean he doesn't want me to know?"

"I mean exactly that, he doesn't want you to know. If you have a problem with that, then pry the information out of him. I'm not going to tell you shit." Law said with a hint of anger

"Fuck you Trafalgar," was all Zoro replied with.

At that exact moment Luffy rounded the corner and saw the scene. He had only heard what Zoro said. 

He glared at Zoro. "Be nice to Torao, I wont tell you again Zoro. Im sure you know why." Luffy said in a very low and somewhat menacing voice.

He then walked to Law and grabbed him by the neck, then did the same with Zoro. 

"I came to get you two for lunch, now come on."

He dragged the two men to the dining room, earning a few chuckles from everyone already there. He just threw glares at his crew and they looked away and stopped laughing. He went to his usual spot and sat, dragging both men down with him. 

"Now, you two will learn to get along. Zoro is my best friend and Torao is.... well, Torao is Torao. If I hear anymore fighting there will be punishment." Luffy said while glaring at the two.

"Sounds kinky," was what Zoro replied. He looked at Law, smirked, and said, "Though I know how kinky you are."

"I have no idea what you're talking about, nor do I want to Zoro. Now, shut up." Was Luffy's only reaction before he turned to talk to Robin about her and Franky's invention.

'Wait, have they....? I thought Roronoa-ya said they weren't like that. Was he lying? God damnit I cant deal with this right now,' Law thought to himself moving to get up. 

Luffy grabbed his hand and pulled him back down beside him, without breaking eye contact with Robin. Once Law was back down beside Luffy, he noticed Luffy hadn't let go of his hand. He tried to pull it away, and Luffy just tightened his grip. Law felt a blush creep onto his face and he just put his forehead on the table and stared at their interlocked hands. 

The more he stared, the faster his heart went. He felt his blush deepen. 'God damnit, I really do like Luffy-ya. This has only confirmed it. There's no way for me to stop it at this point,' he thought. The food finally came out and Luffy let go of his hand. Law missed the warmth of it. Luffy and Law ate side-by-side, yet not talking.

After lunch, Law got up to go to his chair, but as he was walking he felt a hand grab his hand and drag him the complete opposite way. He ended up being back in the storage room.

He finally looked to see who had dragged him.
