"So you guys didn't find her at all?" Po asked in the early morning.
Crane shook his head, sighing, "I'm starting to think she's just playing with us again. But why?"
Po shrugged. "Who knows."
"You said that Master Shifu ran into her during his patrol?" Crane asked as they walked toward the Training Hall. "What was that like?"
"He seems to like her now," Po smiled temporarily, "Though I can't say the same for Tigress."
"Hmm, it's strange. I mean, I figured that she'd dislike Momoda but not this stubbornly," Crane said. He chuckled and slapped his head with his wing. "What am I talking about? We should know her by now. She's probably more determined than Shifu."
"Still, I don't know if we really know her," Po said.
"What do you mean?" The panda looked at Crane for a while. He said nothing; just stared for a moment or two before shaking his head and smiling.
"Never mind. How are you and Min?"
"She's uh... really something else," Crane smiled nervously. "We're going steady for now."
"Hehe, I'm really glad for you, Crane," Po said, patting the bird on the back. "Why don't you go? I'm gonna train for a bit."
Crane stopped in his tracks. His eyes fell on Po like a vulture on prey. "You're gonna try and talk with Tigress, aren't you?"
"Whaaaat? I mean, I always talk with Tigress. Why would this be-"
"Po, you know what I mean."
Po sighed, "It doesn't make sense for her to be upset. I just... need to know the reason."
Crane sighed back and tipped his hat. "Very well, but I'm not digging your grave for you."
"Knew I could count on you, Crane," Po smiled. Crane took to the air and left the panda. The opening of the Training Hall doors gave way to the loud clatter of metal equipment and shouts of a raging tiger.
Po didn't move much before Tigress turned around and saw him. She glared and growled before starting back to her training. Every punch and kick she made with the dummy was another shockwave of restrained rage.
Po sighed from the sidelines. This wasn't getting him anywhere. "Tigress, could I... talk with you?"
"I don't want to talk," Came the gruff answer.
"O... kay, why?"
"Because I don't want to," Tigress grunted.
Po rolled his eyes. "Tigress, seriously. Why are you upset with me?" Tigress jumped and flipped straight out of the pit and landed a few feet from Po, turning to face him. "Whoa."
"Fine, I don't like what you're doing to Shifu."
"And... what am I-"
"About Momoda," Tigress curtly clarified.
"Wh-What?"
"You insisting that Momoda is a good person has shaken the entire team... even him."
"I thought you were okay with that."
"But not like this. And I don't like how she's using you to do this. Why do you like her so much?"
"I... I..." Po gave a great sigh, shutting his eyes. He straightened his back and stared at her. His shoulders sagged and his eyes seemed tired. Tigress tilted her head slightly. Why was he tired all of a sudden? "What do you think about Momoda?"
