Nawaki came out of his reverie and approached the orbs of light with his hand. When he picked it up, he didn't feel the weight, but he had the sensation of warmth transmitted to his hand.

Before he could get a good look at the two orbs, it suddenly disappeared right before his eyes.

Nawaki blinked and felt dizzy again.

Did everything have to be so weird? Those orbs appeared to be some kind of treasure, although I didn't know the value, they just disappeared like that!

Worse still, at this moment, two black and three white rabbits, each the same size as the one he had just killed, appeared in the grass before him. They were quickly running towards him in a frenzy. There also seemed to be a rustle of grass coming from behind him.

Nawaki's face froze as he looked back. Another three rabbits of the same size, this time both gray ones, were coming towards him. Eight rabbits... Its red eyes glowed with ferocity as they approached.

'To escape?' To be honest, he wasn't sure what to choose to do. Despite having easily killed one of these rabbits before, this was 1v1, now 1v8, there was no guarantee that if he was attacked he would come out unscathed, he still didn't know how strong the offensive power of these little monster bunnies was.

"Screw this!" When he saw that he was practically surrounded by the eight rabbits, given the chance to just release a wind release, he took aim at the larger group and intended to fight taijutsu with the rest.

"Wind Style: Great breach!"

"Shout out!"

A strange sound emitted from the rabbits' mouths as he released a gust of wind toward the five rabbits.

Not waiting to see the damage done, he quickly turns around and prepares to attack with his chakra-encrusted hands.

*BOOM!*

At the same time he turned around, an explosion sounded.

Without looking back, he lunges forward with a closed fist.

*Bang!*

The blow landed precisely on the head of one of the gray rabbits, what came next was the head splitting open like a watermelon, spreading brain snot before turning to gray and leaving behind two orbs.

"Replacement!"

A log of wood was sent far away in its place upon receiving a gray rabbit's head.

The other went straight past like a mad bull, but it didn't take him long to turn around and find his whereabouts.

At the same time as the other two gray rabbits turned on him, two of the five rabbits survived and hopped at high speed toward him.

'Mmm...' Despite his heart pounding in his chest, he didn't find that bad feeling.

After he killed one of the gray rabbits with his bare hands so easily, he felt more confident despite having to face yet another four rabbits.

"Die!" With a pinwheel-style kick, he spun around with his hands on the floor.

It was so fast that instead of hitting them once each, he ended up hitting them twice before keeping all four rabbits away.

*thud! thud! thud! thud!*

Getting back on his feet, Nawaki went to collect the orbs, he still had hope that some of them wouldn't disappear...

After catching four, going to the rabbits that still haven't disappeared, to his surprise, only three of his turned to ash leaving orbs behind, while another was still trying to stay upright.

Before delivering the coup de grâce, he went to grab the other orbs, but it ended up disappearing in his hand. "Damn it!"

Angrily, he runs towards the gray rabbit which was now on all fours.

*Whoosh!*

However, before he can get close enough, the sound of wind being cut, very similar to the sound of a whip cutting through the wind, echoes.

Nawaki stopped running and put her hand on his neck.

"Blood?" Quite a silly question to ask, as his hand was stained red after placing his hand on his neck.

The same instant he took his hand away, blood gushed out. There was a very sharp pain before his vision fell into darkness.

- -

In a dimly lit room, Nawaki suddenly opened his eyes and sat up. He gasped heavily and the fear could still be seen in his eyes as he reached for his neck.

'No longer has the cut... What the hell is going on?' His light brown hair and pajamas possibly his sister or one of the maids at the complex had changed for him were drenched in a cold sweat.

Moments later, Nawaki regained his senses. His eyes looked at the familiar surroundings with some confusion.

What is this situation?

Nawaki took a deep breath and let out a long sigh. Did he just die?

The first time he died it wasn't as painful as it is now. Honestly, he didn't expect to experience death so soon again.

After calming down, he was able to think logically. Looking around, it was easy to guess where he was.

'I'm back at the Senju complex...'

Noticing the absence of his older sister, he thought back to the last memories before he died. 'It was something made of wind that killed me, yes?'

As it was too fast, he couldn't see what caused his death, but at least he could feel the fluttering wind cut his neck. 'A wind ninja, perhaps?'

Just as he was thinking, his eyes darkened as he suddenly felt some incoherent things in his brain.

He quickly sat cross-legged as he concentrated his mind. A moment later, Nawaki found a small three-dimensional space in his mind. There were sixteen red spheres floating in space.

"Aren't these red orbs that came from the huge white rabbit?" Nawaki stared at the floating orbs in amazement as his confusion increased.

He thought of something and the small orbs disappeared from the dimension and appeared in his hands.

It was like that strange space. They were weightless but warm.

Nawaki looked at the light as his eyes sparkled. 'What the hell is this?'

It was also when he got the feeling that he should just eat those orbs. He was startled when he almost did, bringing a handful of red orbs toward his mouth.

It was also when the shared bedroom door to the bathroom opened and out of fright, Nawaki did what he wanted to avoid... He put all the orbs in his mouth and a swallowing sound echoed.

The faint red light turned into a hot stream that melted into his body. It was like flames burning his body; Nawaki's skin turned red.

Walking out the door, wrapped only by a white towel, Tsunade's eyes show happiness when she sees Nawaki awake, however, she is soon alert to see Nawaki's skin in a red tone.

"Nawaki!" She ran towards him not caring about anything else.

"Sis..." Nawaki's voice barely came out. So much energy was spreading through his body from the sixteen red orbs, it was as if they wanted to burn his body from the inside.

"Don't worry, I'll help you!" Tsunade said in a nervous tone, but the most controlled she could manage at that moment and it made Nawaki turn around to face her and that's when she placed both her hands on his back.

"That... How is that possible?" Tsunade's voice was quite alarming as she realized the phenomenon that was happening in her little brother's body.

She hadn't even noticed when her towel dropped and continued to channel her chakra into Nawaki's back.
