"Klee was it?"

The child nodded excitdely.

"Why are you here? I am sure Alice wouldnt send you here without purpose." Zhongli said.

"Well mommy was busy and there were many scary noises outside. There was a clock in mommys room which was broken so I started playing with it. Next thing I know big lady takes me here!"

"These... Noises. What were they exactly?" Nahida asked.

"A bunch of screaming and whoosh sounds. I didnt see what it was though as mommy told me to stay inside."

"Hmm.."

"Oh yeah! I brought something!" Klee said happily as she took her backpack off and set it on the bed.

She started digging through whatever contents her bag held and she held up a small sphere.

"Haha.. Maybe you should put that down." Venti said quickly as he took the small sphere out of the girls hand. 

"I brought one of those talky devices mommy made. I dont know where I put it though. I looks the same as all the bombs." Klee said whilst cuddling herself, trying to stop sobs from emerging.

"Wait, wait. Bombs!?" Ei asked, trying her best to remian calm.

"Dont worry!" Venti reasurred, "This is normal!"

"I dont think carrying bombs around is very normal Barbatos however I will believe your word for now." Zhongli said.

Then there was a ringing sound.

"If this is the communication device, consider yourself spared Barbatos from certain death for destroying the last one." Ei said.

"Ehe."

Klee started rumaginging around in her backpack looking for the source of the sound. Klee finally pulled it out triumphantly and held it up in the air with a smug grin on her face. Unfortunately, another small ball rolled out of the backpack and fell onto the floor. And there was a small sizzling sound. Zhongli immediately grabbed it and hurled it out the window. Well, as best as a twelve year old could. Fortunately, nobody was around and there was just a squeaky teddy bear sound instead of a bomb noise. Unfortunately, it landed next the the washing and it's safe to say it wont be able to be used again.

"Klee! Thank Archons you picked up!" A voice suddenly appeared, making all the archons direct their attention back to the device.

"Your welcome." Zhongli said, not fully understanding.

"Hows Teyvats condition?" Ei asked hesitantly.

"The main damage has been to dragonspine so far although it has affected further places. They seem intent on the remains of Durin. We have had to move and are currently residing in Fontaine like many other Mondstadters." Alice explained.

"We have a small issue on our end. We have lost our powers and our lives are currently in danger. Do you know of anything that can help us? I have unfortunately lost connection to Irminsul upon entering here..." Nahida asked.

"I'll have a look into the matter a bit more after. I'm not fully aware of where you are right now. I was just a bit bored and sent you somewhere random. The main reason we retrieved you last time was due to Istraroths clocks but she has done a runner again. Also quick warning, if Klee comes back with even a scratch on her head your all dead. I dont know most of you but I will assure you that I will find you."

"Dont worry mommy! Klee is perfectly fine!"

"My goodness my sweet angel! You gave mommy a heart attack when you suddenly disappeared. Oh, and your not getting of lightly when you get back either so dont worry. I also had a whole protection squad show up at my door the other day. The fatui, the vigilant yaksha, even a shrine maiden and some kid with anger issues. What was his name? Balla- no Wanderer? God that kid has so many names now. Not the point. Point is they tried to kill me! Anyways too-da-loo! I'll be back I'm contact shortly!"

"What if we just set this place alight. Think all our problems will be solved?"

"The clouds show signs of rain... I personally dont think that is the best idea if were talking about tonight."
