real life;

when kit heard noises outside his room he slowly got up and made his way towards it.

it was an unexpected scene greeting him, a bustling louise making her way through the kitchen, preparing breakfast. it warmed his heart.

"morning," he said, his voice still raspy.

she didn't jump like he had expected, maybe even hoped for. instead she just turned around with a knowing smirk on her lips.

"slept well?"

"definitely."

"good." she turned back to the stove.

"yesterday was nice. also to meet your friends, they're really cool people," he said, followed her every move.

"i swear my friends like you more than me," she laughed.

"no they don't."

"duh, obviously they do."

she got out a glass from the cabinet, together with some ibuprofen.
when she took the pills in, kit face turned into confusion.

"what is this for?" he asked her confused, worried.

"just a lil tummy ache. will go away in a second," she said, getting down the pills.

"it's cute how you still say tummy," kit chuckled.

"don't laugh, you're the exact type to say tummy. and renée rapp does, so it's fine."

"do you have a fever?"

"i don't know, certainly i don't have a build in themometer."

kit came closer and puts his hand on her forehead.
"you're hot," he said, removing his hand.

"thanks, you too but i don't think this is the right time..."

"no! i mean yes, but your temperature. it seems really high. you know these are symptoms for a appendicitis?"

"yes, learned that when i wrote my 20th doctor study." her voice was drenched in sarcasm.

"mhm. you want me to drive you to the hospital?"

"it's fine."

"no, let me take you."

when they entered the hospital, the receptionist send them to the waiting room till the doctor called her in her room.

kit stayed waiting in the waiting room. he was worried about her. even tho they weren't friends for long, but he already cared so much about her.

additionally she still had her tour going on and only stayed for a short period of time at home in london. he knew how much the tour ment to her, and she would feel so guilty for canceling shows.

the doctor came out of her room and called him in.

"so we got a appendicitis. we're gonna do surgery, and then she's gonna stay here two or three nights, so that we can keep an eye on her," the doctor said. she seemed really nice.

"doing the surgery now?" he was kinda lost.

"yes"

_

"hey, how do you feel?" kit entered her room after the surgery and sat down on the chair next to her bed.

"you think i'm hot," her voice was foggy but the smirk on her face was clear.

"nah, you must've had fever dreams."

"of course i did."

"so, do you have to cancel shows?"

"only one. i feel really sorry, but everyone's gonna get their money back, and my management and i gonna look for another date to play."

"but at least you don't have to cancel the rest of your tour."

"i think i would've literally cried as bare minimum and that at least every night," she said, a raspy laugh escaping her throat.

"does your tv has any good channels?" with that he ment the 2000's tv in the upper left corner.

"i don't know. if you could give me the remote next to you, we can find out."

she put the tv on, and pushed the netflix button on the remote. surprisingly it worked, so she logged herself in with her account.

"come here, i heard that the chair is uncomfortable." she padded the right side of her bed, on which kit took a seat.

"so that is the hospital talk? how comfortable chairs are?"

"it is an important topic."

"yea, yea. so, what do you wanna watch?"

"i don't care. anything is fine."

"how about some horror then?"

"absolutely not."

after watching episode after episode, and eating disgusting hospital meals, it became late evening and louise became very tired.

while kit was staring focused on the tv, her eyes closed and her head sank onto his shoulder.

he noticed how there was more weight on his shoulder than it was before. he looked down and saw the girls head resting on him. there was a warm feeling in his stomach, and he smiled softly.

he turned the tv off and checked his phone.
time flew by and when he noticed, he layed her down carefully and put the blanket over her.

before he left, he turned in the door taking a last look at her, well knowing that he would come again tomorrow.
