Maeve sat on the edge of her bed and groaned. She had been having pains most of the night and she couldn't sleep. She knew that a lot of it was stress with what had happened with Remus and her father

Maeve knew it was a mess but she knew how the truth had to come out. Alexa walked into the room and looked to Maeve and frowned

"Are you okay" Alexa asked as Maeve looked to her and smiled

"I have been better my head is a mess and I feel sick" she said as Alexa smiled

"It's normal. It's normal to feel that way I mean dad and lupin...it's a mess and it will be okay" Alexa said as Maeve smiled. She hoped that her sister was right

She knew that the stress was getting to her and she hated to admit it. Maeve got dressed as she walked down towards the great hall. She got to breakfast and looked to the plate of food and sighed. She didn't feel right and sat playing with her food as Alexa looked to her and smiled

"Are you okay?" Alexa asked as Maeve sighed

"I guess I don't know my head is a mess but I'm okay. I just need to try and calm the situation after all I am pregnant and I know that none of this is fair on a baby. I need for it all to be okay" Maeve said as Alexa looked to her sister and smiled

"I know it's hard but I am here for you and everything will be okay. You can make this work" Alexa said as Maeve smiled

Maeve knees how messy it was with Sirius and Remus. She knew that they had to sort it as she was having a baby

Maeve walked into Remus classroom and smiled. She walked over to him and smiled as she placed a hand on his cheek and smiled

"Are you okay" she asked as she looked to bruises from the fight from Sirius as he looked up at her and smiled

"I'm okay. I know how things are. I know it's a mess but it will be okay. I am trying my best to make it better but your dad feels betrayed by me. I'm sorry that your caught up in this" he said as Maeve closed her eyes and looked to him

"I know. We are both responsible for this and we both have to deal with it. This just needs some time after everything" she said as Remus pulled her to him so that she was sitting on his lap

"No matter what happens I will look after you and the baby" he said as he leant in and kissed her as Maeve groaned

"I...I don't feel good" she said as she went lightheaded as Remus caught her before she fell back

Remus stood in the hospital and stood pacing. He looked to Maeve as she lay asleep in the bed. He sat next to her and took a hold of her hand and smiled

"Oh my darling. Wake up...you need to be okay" he said as she kissed her hand. He knew that he couldn't loose her.

He heard someone behind him and frowned as he looked to Sirius "what happened" he asked as Remus smiled

"She fainted. Alexa said she was feeling Ill they're running some tests but they think that she could be losing the baby" Remus said as he looked to Maeve

Sirius looked to them both and frowned. He didn't want to lose his best mate or his daughter over all of this but was there a way that they could get through this after everything knowing Maeve was going to need the support
