TW's: Injury, Description Of Blood

Tobi's POV:

It was a Saturday morning and Harry had to go to his mum's house to drop off something which meant I was home alone. He told me he wouldn't be back till around 11am so I still had to wait 2 hours for him to get back so I decided to go make some breakfast so I could pass some time, plus I was hungry anyways.

I made my way downstairs and into the kitchen so I could make some cereal. I did all that I needed to and sat down on the kitchen counter and pulled out my phone to text Harry

Me: Hey love how's it going over there?

Haz 🤍: It's going well, I am getting home earlier than I thought because miraculously there wasn't any traffic

Me: REALLY YAYYYY MY BABY IS COMING HOMEEEEEE

Haz 🤍:  Haha well I will only be here for another 5-ish minutes and then I will be heading back to you :)

I put my phone down so I could put my bowl away and get ready for the day. I went upstairs and went to our shared closet and picked out a pair of grey sweatpants with one of Harry's hoodies. I started fixing my hair whilst I walking down the stairs since I thought it looked quite messy but I didn't realise that the bottom of my sweatpants went under my foot making it slippery when I was walking, this made me fall and since my hands where in my hair, I didn't have anything to stop my fall resulting on me landing hard on the bottom of the large staircase. When I landed, my stomach has slid across the bottom corner of the kitchen counter and since that was chipped it made it a lot sharper.

As soon as I landed, I knew I was hurt as I was in a lot of pain, I had hit my face, arms, legs and hands when I fell and plus my stomach dragging along a sharp edge. I looked down too see the hoodie I was wearing was getting covered in a dark red liquid which I assumed to be blood, I lifted up the hoodie to see that there was a large cut running along my stomach, which I found hurt the most, I clutched my stomach so I could try and stop more blood from dripping on the floor. I couldn't call or text Harry since my phone was on the other side of the kitchen counter and I was in way too much pain to move from the current position I was in so I had to sit there and wait for Harry to get home.

I looked down at the hoodie and finally realised that I got Harry's hoodie dirty with all my blood and I started panicking thinking he was going to get mad at me for dirtying his hoodie, but I was in way too much pain to take his hoodie off an put it in the washing machine so I just sat there sobbing, holding my stomach hunched over on the floor.

Harry's POV:

I had just finished texting my wonderful boyfriend before I quickly wrapped it up with my mum since I knew he missed me and I missed him as well. I started driving home absolutely relieved that there was no traffic so I could get home quicker, I had texted Tobi telling him I would be home in around 5 minutes but he didn't respond or even open my message, I found that really strange since he always replies within a minute of getting my text, I brushed it off and continued driving home.

I had parked my car and went up to the front door, I pulled out my keys and attempted to unlock the door, for some stupid fucking reason, the key wouldn't turn and I was getting annoyed, so I resorted to yelling for Tobi to open the door for me but I was surprised when I didn't get a response, I didn't even hear any footsteps or movement, now I was getting kinda worried because first he didn't open my text message and now he isn't responding to my calls and I can't even hear him getting up or going down the stairs. After 10 painful minutes of me trying to get the key to work, I finally got the door opened but I didn't open the door to a sight I wanted to see.

I opened the door to see Tobi hunched over on the floor crying his eyes out. "Tobi babe what happened!?", He looked up at me and my heart dropped when I saw his face, red puffy eyes, bruises and scratches and tear filled eyes. "Babe what happened to you, can you please tell me", He moved his hands to get me to look down and when I did he uncovered his stomach and my eyes widened at what I saw, there was so much blood seeping through the hoodie. "omg Tabs what happened, please tell me I need to help you", "I-I was walking d-down the stairs a-and then I s-slipped and fell and t-then I cut m-my stomach on the c-corner of t-the counter, I-I got your h-hoodie dirty I a-am so s-sorry Harry", I felt so bad for him, first of all he was hurt in a lot of areas but even worse he was sorry for it.

"Babe don't be sorry for anything ok, I can easily wash it, I just need to get you cleaned up ok", He nodded with tears in his eyes as I picked him up and sat him on the bathroom sink as I grabbed the first aid kit. I uncovered his stomach and lifted his stomach to find a long laceration so I quickly cleaned it which resulted in him harshly gripping my shoulder as I could guess that it really stung, then I patched it up. Then I moved onto cleaning the smaller cuts going down his arms, legs, face and hands which again resulted in him gripping my shoulder but this time it wasn't as hard and then I put bandaids on the cuts that needed it. "Baby it's all done, please stop crying for me", "o-ok, I'm s-sorry", "It's alright Tabs, I promise no one is mad at you ok", He nodded and I started showering his face with kisses before I took him to the couch so we could watch a movie.

About halfway into the movie, I heard soft and light snores coming from Tobi so I kissed him before turning off the TV and taking him into our bedroom. I put him down under the covers and I got in next to him, I pulled him into my arms and I felt him snuggle closer into me. "I love you, always and forever", I was about to close my eyes before I heard a muffled "I love you to Haz", I blushed and kissed his forehead before letting sleep take over me.

Why do I end up feeling bad for Tobi aha but I found this so cute towards the end
