and after that, jaeyu didn’t talk to him anymore.

"baby, dada get your favorite dessert." taeyong said softly as he approached jaeyu.

but the kid ignored him again.

"jaeyu, dada will get mad if you're still like that." taeyong said, already losing his patience.

but the kid was still ignoring him, having his arm closed on his chest.

taeyong let out a deep sigh and just left, approaching haechan who is now waving at him. having a champagne glass in his hand.

"i don't think i can stay here until the after party," taeyong said. "jaeyu is still ignoring me," he added.

"you know, i think your son can really read people's minds." haechan said. "he's also the reason why mark and i come back."

"why would he be able to read minds though?" taeyong said and rolled his eyes.

"duh? what if it was one of his father's abilities?" haechan asked.

and taeyong suddenly stopped by it.

"what's the purpose of having a parent from the neo universe if you didn’t even get their abilities?" haechan said.

"kid can also get it?" taeyong asked, frowning.

"you didn’t know?" haechan also asked, frowning.

taeyong just shook his head, so there's a possibility that one of jaehyun's abilities is reading someone's mind and hearing their thoughts? wonder why taeyong hearing other people's thoughts when he gave birth to jaeyu.

so it means, jaehyun might have heard his thoughts about him before?

"are you still going to ignore dada?" taeyong asked softly.

but the kid just looked at him.

he was already tired but he was trying his best to talk jaeyu, the kid might just be upset or something. taeyong can't even blame the kid who is looking for father's love and comfort.

"i know you want to know who your other dad is but... can you give dada some time?" taeyong asked softly.

"why dada and daddy not together?" the kid asked.

"jaeyu..." taeyong called, brushing the kid's hair. "daddy has to work..."

"but he's finally here!" the kid said. "uncle jaehyun is my daddy!"

taeyong let out a sigh, it's true though. jaehyun is really his daddy. and taeyong can't lie to him forever because he also felt guilty for keeping lying to the kid.

"and if uncle jaehyun is really your daddy, would you still accept him even though he has been gone since you were born?" taeyong asked.

"he's my daddy." the kid said. "and he's dada love." he pouted.

"yes, he's dada love." taeyong nodded.

"how about me?" the kid asked softly, frowning.

"nah, you hurt my feelings for ignoring me..." taeyong said dramatically, teasing the kid.

"dada!" he whined and immediately went to him.
