We took a seat and drinks were brought to the table with chicken soup, turkey soup and pepper soup. White rice, coconut rice and mixed rice
I was wondering why he was doing all this, the guards gave us space "you know this is table 12...I'm sure you remember this:

I took it from him and he responded in a very happy tone " ah ....Sophie finally you're here...please this is for table 12... straight down"

I nodded and moved there increasing my steps
The bar wasn't full neither was it empty
On getting to table 12
I didn't look at anyone I just dropped the tray
Thanked them with my head down

And moved away when the guy said " Veronica". I was confused
I turned to look at the person
It was him

I spoke almost like a whisper "Xavier" he chuckled and played with his hair " so.... this is where you ended....after all I offered you...huh?"  I was getting really pissed
" Xavier.. please be quiet"

He laughed a bit louder " or what...you don't want your secret to be out??" I gulped hard and left the table heading downstairs to the toilet

"I'm sure you remember all this" he said smirking, I turned to him "w...why (sniffs):are you doing this to me" he shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know... maybe I'm trying to show you how evil  Xavier has been to you"

"Eat up ...don't you dare waste my money" I picked up the spoon and a lady came over to me "hello ma...what type of rice and sauce" I scanned the table "white rice and..em.... turkey soup" she faked a smile

"Ok then" she was serving my food and intentionally spilled soup on my dress " oh my God I'm so sorry" she said obviously faking it and what I saw next shocked me to the core

Daniel got up and held the collar of her shirt tightly "clean her up now you bastard!!!!!!" She winced In pain and cleaned the top of my dress

Then she left and I was still stunned "eat up we have one last place to be today before I go back to work"
I picked up my spoon and began to eat "where you taking me to again....to my former home? Or where?"

He didn't reply but continued eating his food like no one said anything

I wasn't able to finish the food, not because I was full or I wasn't hungry but because I was anxious to know where he would be taking me too

His phone rang and excused himself
"Sorry please...can I get another water" I said to another waitress who politely nodded and left

"Here ma....should I open it for you?" I nodded and she did "are u dating Mr Coops?" She asked and I replied after taking my water "no...im not" she slightly nodded and left

Regs and 2 guards came to meet me "boss....has an urgent call like you saw...you need to be home" Regs said but I protested "he said he was taking me somewhere after now" he knitted his brow like I was a child whining for an ice cream

"Don't you understand me?....he has an urgent meeting....don't waste his time" I nodded and was wheeled by one of the guards  out of the bar or whatever it was and  we got into the car

We were taken home while Daniel git into another car with Regs and they drove off, get didn't even give me any explanation while in the car, he was too engrossed on his phone that he forgot he made a deal and broke it

Getting into the house Sarah and Kim came straight to me "welcome back madam" I smiled as Kim wheeled me to my room upstairs
I was wheeled into the bathroom to have another long bath with the two of them

"How did your day go madam?" Sarah asked "horrible as always" I replied and Kim said "my mum always said no matter where you find yourself..there's still hope "

"There is no freaking thing as hope!!!!!!....don't dare me!!" They were shocked at my violent response but I didn't regret it
Even at that Sarah said "madam....I don't know what you've been through but I know that God sees it all"

I scoffed "God?... God you say...He has been watching me suffer for years and every single day as I suffer....do you think I was born cripple,?...no I wasn't!!"

Kim said "There is God and there is nothing he can't do "
I was fuming in anger but I decided not to say anything until I was done taking my bath

It was time for dinner and I knew Daniel won't be around so I accepted
Getting to the dinning, the food on the table was like for 3 different people but they said it was mine

The first plate had key lime pie
The second plate had Finger steaks
The last plate had chicken and chips

I looked at Kim and age smiled "who are this for?" She replied "you madam" I was put on the chair and I asked again "would you guys like to join me?.....I mean Daniel....is not around"

They hesitantly accepted and I was glad, I picked chicken and chips, Kim picked key lime pie and yeah the finger steaks for Sarah
"Thank you madam" they said in unison and I nodded

"How old are you two?" Kim replied me first, it was like I kinda like Kim more, but I've learnt to never ever trust anyone so I'll keep it in
"I'm 20years" I nodded and Sarah said "I'm 21"

I smiled "you see ...." I was about to say my age when Daniel walked into the dinning room with Regs by his side
"Well, well, well ......what do we have here?" He said in a dangerous tone, crossing his hands over his chest

They stood in fear "welcome...look I'm at fault ok?....don't beat them up or fire them........please"
He looked amused "would you suffer for them?"
The word SUFFER rang in my ear and I knew it was trouble

But I can't make them suffer what I caused, immediately my eyes got teary abd I nodded, turning to Them I said "you guys can leave" but they stood and looked down "leave" Daniel said and they rushed out

He came further into the dinning room and Regs left
"I know Xavier has really made you go through shit...I can see it your eyes are already teary -" I cut him off "you were supposed to take me somewhere right?" He took my plate of food and began to eat it "em....yh but I got busy...you're not interesting you know"

I didn't feel hurt I have heard worse, but I was beginning to feel more dead inside, I can possibly go mute again but I don't want to, it's quite easier this way

"Can I go to sleep?" I asked unknown to me and he still held amusement in his eyes "I can see that....I'll call Regs to tell sarah and Kim to come over and don't worry.....I'm not going to punish you
I was really shocked at his statement
He did as he said and I was on my bed "Kim..Sarah.......what punishment does Daniel give you?"

"M..madam please let's not talk about it" Sarah said it and I knew I had to know "tell me"
They took deep breaths
"I started working here when I was 19....and I've suffered...you know I'm well paid ..but the madams that do cone here...are evil and I'm turned to slaves .....maids here are punished by the masters close guards.....get dosent touch us but he instructs his men to do whatever.....they...want to us"

Sarah said as they both sniffed
I felt bad for them but I've gone through worse
"It's alright..I need to sleep"
They nodded and left
