"You all know we need to leave soon right?"
Techno asked, a hint of teasing in his tone but a genuine question.
"Yeah yeah, I know we should probably get to that village before fall, but it's just so nice here!"
Tommy whined, followed by nods from the other members of the family. Techno rolled his eyes. He did love this little family of his but sometimes they could be quite annoying.
"The village will be nice too, if we can ever get there."
He rebutdtaled, muttering the last bit. The group heard though and snickered as Tommy pouted. They all reluctantly stood up, stretching as they did so.
"Alright since you wanted to leave so badly, you lead the way!"
Tommy declared, Techno just shook his head fondly and nodded. He took the lead, taking out his axe for protection. They all trudged through the forest, cutting vines out of their way and listening to Tommy bicker with someone new every 10 minutes.
(Ello again.. sorry for a short chapter. I'm sorry that I haven't updated in a hot minute- I may have totally forgotten about this story. I'm working on a actual book at the moment for a school project that I may upload here if anyone's interested but again so sorry)
