After accepting the mission to stop Abeloth, the Storm Hawks and Team RWBY along with their allies wee transported to what appeared to be a desert. They looked up at the sky to see Two Suns.
Finn: Two Suns?! Really?!
Yang: I think I'm with Finn on this. I'm sweating like a pig out here!
Ruby: Where are we?
Ahsoka: Tatooine. It's where my Master was born.
Jaina: And where my Uncle was born.
Suddenly, an apparition of the Bendu's face appeared.
Bendu: A harsh desert world orbiting twin suns in the Galaxy's Outer Rim, Tatooine is a lawless place ruled by Hutt gangsters. It is a place where people do not want to be found.
Weiss: Why are we here on such a desolate world?
Bendu: Because it is here where it all started. Turmoil has engulfed the Galactic Republic. In the planet of Naboo, the Trade Federation has blockaded the planet for a sinister plot.
Piper: Then why are we here on Tatooine instead of Naboo?
Bendu: Because the ones who may change the fate of the Galaxy escaped the clutches of the Trade Federation has escaped in an attempt seek help from the Republic. However, they were forced here to repair their ship. It is here where Jedi Knights Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi discovered the one who would become the Chosen One: Anakin Skywalker.
Upon hearing Anakin's name, Ahsoka fell silent. She remembered back to he early days as Anakin's Padawan when Anakin spoke of how much this planet brought him pain. As we speak, Qui-Gon Jinn and Anakin are on their way back to their ship so that Anakin may take the first steps of his destiny. You must protect them both.
Ruby: You can count on us!
As the apparition of the Bendu disappeared, it didn't take long for the Storm Hawks, Team RWBY and the others noticed Qui-Gon and Anakin running towards the ship.
Aerrow: That must be Anakin and Qui-Gon.
As Aerrow said that, Ahsoka looked to the horizon to see a speeder chasing after them. She could feel a familiar dark presence. Meanwhile, Qui-Gon and Anakin were closing in on the ship.
Anakin: Qui-Gon sir! Wait, I'm tired!
As Anakin said this, Qui-Gon sensed a dark presence.
Qui-Gon: Anakin! Drop!
Anakin quickly obeyed Qui-Gon's command to drop, just in time to avoid being skewered by Maul's speeder. As the speeder closed in on Qui-Gon, Maul leapt off the bike at the Jedi, attacking before his feet had even touched the ground. Surprised by the Sith's speed and ferocity, Jinn barely managed to block the attack.
Qui-Gon: Go! Tell them to take off!
As Anakin made a run for the ship, Anakin suddenly found himself surrounded by a group of Ursa Minor Grimm. The young Anakin tried running away, but was trapped.
Anakin: Qui-Gon!
Qui-Gon turned to see Anakin in danger, but could do nothing as he dueled against Maul. It was at this moment that the Storm Hawks and Team RWBY along with Ahsoka and the Solo Twins stepped in. Ahsoka stood by Anakin's side as she drew her two White Lightsabers. As Ahsoka and the Solo Twins formed around Anakin, the Storm Hawks and Team RWBY took the fight to the Grimm.
Finn: What the hell are those things?!
Ruby: They're Grimm: soulless creatures who's sole purpose is to destroy Humanity!
Aerrow: Then let's take them down!
With that, the Storm Hawks and Team RWBY joined forces in attacking the Grimm. Aerrow and Ruby lead the charge as Ruby decapitates a Grimm with Crescent Rose while Aerrow unleashes a Lightning Claw attack on another Grimm, killing it. Yang and Junko join forces as they pummel their way through the Grimm.
Yang: I like your style, Junko!
Junko: Thanks, Yang!
Covering Yang and Junko was Finn and Blake. Finn fired his Energy Crossbow at the Grimm, landing a few kill shots.
Finn: Alright! 3 for the Finnmeister!
Blake: Are you seriously keeping count?!
Finn: Junko and I do it all the time!
When a Grimm was about to jump Finn, Blake jumps on the Grimm and decapitates it with Gambol Shroud. Finn offers a nervous chuckle as he continues firing at the Grimm. At the same time, Piper and Weiss took on a group of Grimm. As Weiss killed a Grimm with a Ice Glyph attack, Piper used her Staff to fire an energy blast at the Grimm.
Piper: You...fight those things?!
Weiss: Yes, but we are trained!
As the battle intensified, Jaina and Darth Caedus joined the Storm Hawks and Team RWBY in battling the Grimm. Darth Caedus unleashed a torrent of Force Lightning on a group of Grimm, allowing Jaina to jump in an cut down the Grimm with her Lightsaber. During all this, Ahsoka saw her opportunity.
Ahsoka: Stay close to me!
Ahsoka led Anakin to the Naboo ship. When they got close, a Grimm ambushed Ahsoka and Anakin. Ahsoka drew her Lightsabers and attacked the Grimm.
Ahsoka: GO! Tell them to take off!
Anakin then ran inside the ship. Once Anakin was safe, Ahsoka blasted the Grimm away with a Force Push. After an intense battle, the Grimm were cleared. It was at this moment that the ship began taking off. When the ship got close to Qui-Gon and Maul, Qui-Gon blocked a leaping slash from Maul and countered. Disengaging from the Sith, Qui-Gon quickly leapt aboard, getting inside just as the hatch closed and the ship accelerated. As the ship flew away, time froze as the Bendu's face appeared.
Bendu: Good job! You have ensured that Anakin takes the first steps of his destiny! But there is still much to do in this timeline!
As the Bendu said this, the doorway opened. Wasting no time, everyone walked through the doorway, ready to continue their journey to stop Abeloth and preserve the timeline.
