Regret

Some words that I regret,

some words I shouldn't have said,

some smiles that I faked,

some decisions that I made,

they dawn on me sometimes,

taking me back in time,

forcing me into a strange fret,

what should have I done,

what I should have said,

does it make any sense,

or its just mere regret ?
