ToriObrien: I have thought about this a lot the past two weeks. I want to be honest with you guys and tell you that, I have been struggling with my mental health for the past year. It's not something that I've wanting to talk about outside of my close friends and family. I have panic attacks almost everyday and sometimes I can't calm down by myself. Both Shawn and Camila are there to help me when I need help. Mental health isn't something to joke about. If you are someone who is struggling please reach out to someone you trust.
