ToriObrien: I haven't been active on social media at all. I deleted it from my phone and focused on my mental health. I visited with doctors and found out that I have severe PTSD. I didn't think it was as bad as it actually is. I've done several tests and found out that most of my panic attacks are related to the abusive relationship that I was in from 2014-2017. I would hear small sounds and it would cause an attack to happen. It would get so bad that I wouldn't be able to breathe. It caused me to be very depressed and not very happy. I felt so very alone and I didn't want to talk to anyone. When I was alone in mine and Camila's apartment, I'm brain would run scenarios that weren't even happening and it would cause me to have a panic attack. I am on medication to help with my panic attacks and hopefully keep them from happening as often. Mental health isn't something to joke about, and I'm not saying all of this to get attention.
