You were my summer love.
my only temporary love.
my good love, my bad love.I have visible tattoos on my body from words you said to me words I can't simply forget.
I knew you and I weren't meant to be, but maybe I was wrong about us being together maybe we were meant to be strangers.
meant to walk by each other catch a sniff of one another scent and brush the day offwe weren't meant for anything more.
I wasn't meant for loving a man like you.
And you weren't meant for destroying an innocent girl like me.but here we stand in the present,
miles away from each other
because we have a bearing pastour love was bronze, shiny, elegant, new
over time we fading we weren't so shiny anymore we become
something new, strangers.
like we always were supposed to be.
