Violet, 15 February, 9:47am:

Hello.

We're having Geography now, and recess just ended. We had second block recess today since it's an odd week, and before recess was PE so my day has been going really chill so far.

Geography is also mostly chill but it's really boring. I almost fell asleep once, on the second day in school. Emphasis on "almost" as a top student like me would never do that.

Also, it's like 22 degrees Celsius right now, which is really cold for such a hot and humid country like Singapore. The average daily temperature is 29-32 degrees Celsius. At least I think so, that's what my brain is telling me. I should have brought my hoodie, although everyone will stare at me as I look weird in it, but at least it'll keep me from freezing to death, and yes, I sort of am now.

Just now, Jingrong (my annoying table mate if you remember) peaked at me. She saw me writing this and started calling me a nerdy dork who keeps a diary. I don't care cause I know it's not true, so it's not worth my time. I'm special that way I guess.

Gods, Geography is so easy I can be writing this and not listening to the teacher and still find what she's saying excruciatingly easy.

It's me again. It's Science now, one of my worst subjects, but my teacher makes everything better. She's really nice, funny and explains concepts really well. But we're learning powers, prefixes, bases and standard forms and I think I'm the only kid in my class who is smart enough to understand what the teacher's saying. Or maybe it's because I finished learning all the secondary one (my year, year 1, which is basically what I'm learning now) topics on my own. Now I'm halfway through secondary two's (year 2, there are 4 years in total, then you move on to college, which is another 2 years, then you go to university) subjects and topics. I mean, it's not that hard anyway, and I was always the book smart type of child, not really that street smart (but trust me, I still am).

And, I think the teacher's also a bit confused, and when I showed her some of my notes that I took down, she understood better.

Oh, now the teacher just finished explaining standard forms, and we're going to be moving on to significant figures. Everyones' complaining but I've already finished learning it and it's pretty easy to be honest.

But our teacher had to use some random online platform to teach us, and now I can't access it cause my Personal Learning Device (PLD, which is an iPad by the way) just won't load. It's glitching and lagging so badly.

Hi so we just finished some congress thing (basically advocacy for, with and by the students) and now we're having PSL sessions (Peel Support Leader).

My PSLs are really nice, they're all like Y3 and Y4s, and there are only 2 Y2s. We went through something about growth mindset and fixed mindset. Well, gotta go now cause we're about to do a Kahoot quiz and trust me, I can't miss that.

Hi there self again! My debate online class juts ended, and remember what I told you about the "Angela problem"? Turns out the Angela in my online debate class was the same Angela whose Spanish is real good and is also in Debate Club. Wow, talk about multi-talented huh?

Also, we had to film an "Alice in Wonderland" class skit, and let's just say that today was wasted since our class was really unco-operative. Like really really.

I haven't even started on my homework yet (thank goodness it's not a lot), so I'm going now. Bye.

And yes, I used your joke and it had caused a really funny reaction in my class. Also, I don't think I mentioned this before, but if I have, juts bear with me, I'm also the class vice-chairperson in welfare which means I have to deal with a lot of initiatives so I really need to go now.

Once again...

Bye.

Hi self, as you know, I have not started doing my homework yet, but I will be after I send this message to you (which is myself).

I would like to say that it seems that your life has been improving quite well since the first day you write to me. That's great! Well, as you know, I need to go too (since I am you), so bye!
