Just reaching out to let you guys know that I have made some changes to Chapter 8. I was not very happy with what I posted. I usually read a chapter a lot of times before I post and a lot more after that until I feel quite satisfied. With this one, I had a constant feeling of inadequacy. I also want to thank one of my readers for pointing out that the emotions in the chapter could be better. I have rewritten some parts, adding more to the chapter wherever I felt it was necessary. I feel like the chapter now reads a lot better than before. Please take a look when you find time!
Even now I am not completely satisfied. I am not at all fishing for compliments here. When I post a chapter and ask for you to leave your thoughts, I don't ask it lightly. When you guys leave a positive review, it gives me a lot of reassurance and confidence but I also look forward to knowing when you think that the chapter could have been better. It helps me look back and review myself because let's face it, I am not a professional writer. I make a lot of mistakes and I am pathetic with punctuation and typos. In essence I am just someone who writes fan fictions because I love those same characters you all love too and love imagining them in different situations.
I have said this before but can't say it enough - I love reading your comments. It makes me really happy. And it really makes me want to write more. But somehow the ratio between views vs votes vs comments is always so off. I just have a request. If you can find a minute, let me know what you think after you read. It is the only incentive to the hours that each chapter takes to write. Baaki, I am always happy for whoever stops by. I hope you enjoy reading.
