Both IDC and Florida have a habit of lecturing/scolding their younger siblings. Florida's a little better at not doing it during meetings than IDC is but they both manage not to do it often. Neither let's the other live it down when they accidentally scold/lecture them.
Florida: [sniffling]
IDC, with the same tone she uses on DC and Gov: blow your nose

IDC, forgetting about her lunch: [starts leaving the table]
Florida, with the same tone he uses on his siblings: you aren't leaving this table until you finish eating.

They bond over having siblings then become sort-of friends the more they talk. They argue and tease each other all the time but they care about each other.
Sometimes IDC just hangs out in Florida's room and they listen to rock/classic rock together.
IDC secretly sucks at video games because she's never really cared to play many and Florida loves video games because he loves music and part of that is loving timing. One day he has her playing a soulsborne game with him. He's great at them because he doesn't care how many times and gets used to the bosses move sets fairly easily. IDC does not and she doesn't like how long they drag on for, so she gets mad and almost rage quits. She isn't one to back down from a challenge, though, so she asks why she keeps dying and Florida tells her it's all timing. She has her own gaming console a few days later.
Her and Florida are both really good with soulsborne games. IDC takes them as a challenge after Florida introduces her to them and just plays and plays and plays any chance she gets until she's awesome at them.
Her and Florida both have platinum trophies in all of them.
Florida ropes her into all of his chaos in goose goose duck. The two are the worst whenever they play because they always team up to just mess with the others.
Florida being voted out after yelling about how he didn't do anything wrong is met with a fit of laughter from both him and IDC, followed by a dodo win and complaints from the rest.
Florida kills IDC by mistake one time while aiming for another state. He gapes at his screen after, the state he was aiming for laughing at him and telling him he was so dead next round. The round after ends in one round, IDC sheriffs Florida and calls a meeting to say he had it coming. Everyone skips and she goes for Rhode Island after the meeting ends. This is followed by a goose win screen and Rhode Island yelling so loud it's audible through New Jersey's mic.
IDC spends one round turning into Florida and killing in front of states she knows won't sell him out. He's also a duck this round. No one realizes it isn't Florida until Massachusetts walks up to the meeting button and sees Florida questioning himself. They vote IDC out because they think the two are causing chaos together. Florida gets a win two minutes later after eliminating Massachusetts and Vermont.
