Loneliness (chapter1)

I found that I was sleeping on Hospital's bed. And I felt glad, cause I realised that I'm not blind. I tried to sat, but i felt hurt on my head and my left arm. When I was trying to sat, someone opened the door from outside this room. It was my Aunt, aunt Susan.

"Aunt Susan! I'm glad you there." I said enthusiastically.

"Refia! I'm happy to see you wake up!" She answered with a happiness.

"Aunt Susan, where is Mom? Is she okay?" I asked

"Uh.....she is..." She answered with uncertain.

"What about Dad, Millia, and also Zach?" I asked again.

"Refia..." She said.

When we were talking, someone from outside entered this room again. This time, it was a doctor. And he came with 3 other doctors. Aunt Susan chat with all the doctors with quiet voice until I couldn't heard their words. And one of them with Aunt Susan approached me.

"Are you feel better now?" The doctor asked me.

"Yeah, I feel better now. By the way, where's my family?" I asked again.

"Refia, you slept more than 2 days. And you should know something that happened when you were sleeping." The another doctor said.

"More than 2 days...what happened to me?" I asked with a different question.

"Although your hand has broken, but you're still luck." the doctor with glasess said.

"Luck? What is the meaning of this?" I began to confuse.

Silence begins. No one of us were talking. My words made a long enough silence. And I started to thought something bad. All people still keep silence. But I'm not a child anymore, I'm 14 years old and I'm old enough. So, I didn't follow them to keep silence.

"What has happened?" I asked again with louder voice.

"Your family..." Aunt Susan said with half-crying voice.

"What happened to them?" I asked.

"Your brother and your sister passed away yesterday. But your mom and your dad died, in the place where the accident occurred." The long haired doctor said.

"You must be tough and strong, Refia." Aunt Susan said and began cried.

I also couldn't hold back my tears. And at last I cried. I didn't know what to do, so I decided to cry. Aunt Susan hug me with a whole heart. And she said so many promises, to make me stop crying. I didn't want to heard any word again, so I didn't listen what Aunt Susan said.

- 2 Days Later -

I felt I'm not in my life again, I felt like life in another person life. When I got back to my home I felt so lonely. I started to ignore my closefriend, Lucy.

"Refia!! At last you back, I miss you. Wait, what's happened with your arm and your head?" Lucy asked me with a curious face.

But I ignored her. I just walked without looked around. I never ignore her before. This accident changes me a lot. Actually I don't want to be like this, but my self forced me to be like that. Lucy approached me, and she asked me the same question. But, I left her outside. I entered my house without said anything to Lucy.

I felt I wasn't excited to do anything. Actually this school holidays, should I use to register in high school. Because I had just finished study in Junior high school. But, I didn't interest to take a choice to choose which school that I like. So, Aunt Susan choose rosewood high school for me.

Aunt Susan and her family would stay in my house. But it doesn't eliminate loneliness in my life......
