Date to a wedding

You and Taylor are wearing your best dresses as you make your way over to your cousins wedding.

You were a little nervous inviting Taylor to your family's wedding because this is the first time they are meeting her but Taylor insisted on going and calming your nerves about everything will be fine.

You arrive at the venue and you see your mom and dad.

"Hi Honey." Your mom said.

"Hello pumpkin." Dad said hugging you.

"Hi Mom. Hi Dad." You said.

"Hello Taylor it's great seeing you again." Mom said.

You already invited Taylor to meet your parents months ago and they were so supportive of you both. But now having Taylor meeting and seeing more of your extended family is making you nervous.

You are positive they are going to love Taylor but you still worry.

"It's nice to see you too." Taylor said.

"The bride and groom are dying to meet your date Y/N." Mom said.

"Okay I'll go introduce to you to them after the ceremony." You said.

During the ceremony you can tell everyone is secretly wanting to talk to you both but are respectful and wait until the bride and groom are officially married. And the bride and groom are even more shocked at your date and wave to you and Taylor both when they get a chance to glance your way.

During the reception the newlyweds finally make their way over to you and you congratulate them both,

"Thank you." Y/N said.

"Congratulations." Taylor said to them.

"Thank you so much. How do you and Y/N know each other?" The bride asks.

"Y/N is my girlfriend." Taylor said.

"Oh wow. Thank you for coming." The bride and groom said and continued to talk to all of their guests.

The wedding was over and everything went smoothly.

"Thank you for inviting me to your family's wedding. I had a great time." Taylor said.

"Thanks for coming with me as my date." You said
