((A/N: so like, if you didn't read what I said in the last chapter, I basically just explained on how random this chapter might be. {Third person pov}

Dreamer woke up the next day in ciggs's arms,causing him to flinch and wake ciggs up

"Oi, ya bloke.. What the hell happened, mate?-"

Dreamers ears lowered slightly, he felt bad for waking up his new best friend

"Uh...sorry for waking you up.."

"Oh! Nah, it's alright mate. I'm used to it to be honest."
They said softly, basically pulling dreamer back into their arms again.

In reaction to this, dreamer just started monotone screaming.

"Hey, you alright mate?-"

"HA HA NOPE!"

"Ooohhh kayy then-"

———~time skip~———

After awhile of basically cuddling in the forest,dreamer had to go home. So he bid his goodbyes to his new best friend and started to walk back to the house,mainly because he needed some time to process on what just happened. So he could've teleported back home but he didn't.

"FINALLY H O M E"
I basically just yelled at myself- eh I'm not too worried about it. ((A/N: bruh cuphead-))

The doors locked..?
WELP TIME TO TELEPORT INSIDE

Why is it so quiet in here...

"..hello? Anyone here..?"

I kept walking throughout the house,something seemed...off..

"...dad..? Tom..?.. Anyone..?"

.

"Wêll, løók whō fîñållý çâmé bâçk!"

"Y-you!? what on earth are you doing here, corrupt??"

"Øh jûsţ țäkíñg ā lïttlé štrøll,ñïçë wéåthér wë'ré håvïñg, åy?- WHĀȚ ĐÒ§È ÍŤ ĻÓØĶ ŁÎĶÉ ÍM ĐÔÍŃĞ?¡?¡"

Suddenly i felt dizzy..corrupts trying to take over me again, aren't they..?

Just then i woke up in a pool of sweat,but i was still in ciggs's arms..

"Just a nightmare.."

Suddenly ciggs's wings folded around me, as if they were trying to hide me, they also held me close to them. Basically just not letting go-

"Ciggs's- I can't breathe- wait your asleep- CIGGS I CAN'T BREATHE!!"

{Ciggs's pov}

I basically just woke up to dreamer yelling at me-

"Oh,good morning little mate!- GOOD HEAVENS ARE YOU ALRIGHT?? YOU LOOK TRAUMATIZED, WHAT HAPPENED??"

"Nothing happened- I'm fine. I just can't breathe-"

"Oh, right! Sorry mate."

With that, I basically just loosened my grip on the bean. Only for them to hold onto me again-

"Eh, mate?- you good?"

"Um, only a bit..as embarrassing as it is to say, I just had a nightmare-"

"Oh goodness, you alright?"

"Well yeah- I'm fine. No need to worry about me, comrade"

"Alrighty then,mate. If ya say so."

———~time skip to a few months~————

{Dreamers pov}

So, it's valentines day now..i don't really have anyone to ask to be my valentine..I'll go talk to ciggs I guess.

I basically just teleported to ciggs without warning, causing my Aussie best friend to flinch and screech which made me laugh

"Hey,'fraidy cat :]"

"OI, SHUT IT YA BLOKE! I AIN'T A 'FRAIDY CAT!"

"Heh, whatever ya say."

After awhile the two of us would sit down on a branch in a tree,ciggs clinging to me

Somehow the way on how ciggs is acting towards me makes me feel a certain feeling..not sure on what to call it but, yeah-

"Hey, ciggs?"

"Hm?"

"Well...you know how we've been friends for awhile now..."

"....."

"..a-and you know how it's valentines...."

{Ciggs's pov}

Their about to ask me to be their valentine..aren't they..?

What am I supposed to tell them..i don't want to crush them..

"I..dreamer...im.."

The look on their face...i can't do this...

"..dreamer, i-im sorry...."

With that I suddenly teleported away

{Dreamers pov}

"...oh..okay..happy valentines I guess.."

What's wrong with me...were only gonna be friends and we always will be..im gonna go back home...

'Jeg elsker deg så mye ciggs...'
