Jungkook was searching for Jin. He needed to tell him about Taehyung and how dangerous the man could be. The engagement party was about to end and only a few people were left at the party venue.
Jungkook walked upstairs and searched for Seokjin in every room because neither Jin nor Jimin was downstairs.
But he couldn't find him anywhere. He knew he had to act fast and tell Jin about Taehyung before he could do any harm; he was certain he was up to something sinister. Jungkook started to panic and desperately looked around, hoping he could find Jin somewhere in the house.
Then he came across one room that had a nameplate on it.
"Mr. Kims," It said.
Jungkook opened the door without a second thought and saw a person standing by the window in the dimly lit room. When the door opened, the person turned around to face Jungkook.
"Jimin?"
"Hi Jungkook!" Jimin smiled wide, weirdly at Jungkook as he stood by the wall. He had an alcoholic drink in his hand and his eyes were red which meant he had drunk a lot.
"Why are you- -drinking so much?" Jungkook asked confused. Jimin smiled again, but this time it was wider. "I'm just trying to celebrate, you know!" he said, his voice low and heavy. He took a sip of his drink. His gaze was distant and unfocused.
"Oh!?"
"Yeah, you don't get to get engaged to such a rich and handsome man every day," he joked further, playing with the ring Seokjin made him wear that evening.
"Y-yeah" Jungkook tried to laugh off the weirdness. "I think I'll j-just l-leave" he stuttered as he turned around to leave. He stumbled at the door and-
"You love him, right?" Jimin's voice echoed in Jungkook's ears, and his hands trembled.
"W-who?"
Jimin laughed, really loud that it echoed in the room and made Jungkook scared.
"Who else? Seokjin!"
"N-no! I d-don't"
"Yeah, sure! That's why you're searching for him here and there? Can't stay without his dick up your ass even for a single day-"
"JIMIN!"
"WHAT? Did I piss you off? Eh? Jungkook?" Jimin blabbered maniacally. Jungkook was taken aback by Jimin's sudden outburst and the way he had spoken his name. He was so surprised that he was unable to respond right away.
"You rejected him, right? Thank you so fucking much Jungkook. Because I don't think Seokjin would have ever accepted the marriage proposal if he hadn't had his heart broken by you." Jimin spoke viciously, his voice lacing sarcasm.
