𝒊 . . . ❛ find your two gifs. i used tumblr, but you can use any platform.

𝒊𝒊 . . . ❛ search photopea. and click new project. then click "twitter header" which is 1500 x 500. if you want a custom all you have to do is edit the width and height at the top, then click create. i used 1000 x 250

𝒊𝒊𝒊 . . . ❛ click file, open and then select your gifs. then click layer, duplicate into. do this for both of your gifs.

𝒊𝒗 . . . ❛ then click the layer button on the right. one gif might have more frames than the other. you have to match them. click on the frame, then use the trash button at the bottom to delete.

𝒗 . . . ❛ then click layer, animation, then merge.

𝒗𝒊 . . . ❛ add you text, click flie, open & place. resize to your liking. then click file, export as, then gif. wait a few seconds for your gif to load, then click save.

𝒗𝒊𝒊 . . . ❛ click download, then click the blue down arrow in your search bar. click downloads. click on your gif, then click the up arrow at the bottom then click save image.
