I couldn't remember what had happenend. The only thing I could think of was breathing after all that suffering. I thought I'd died. I was still scared to open my eyes because I thought if I open them the darkness would be still there and the agony would come back. After a minute of thinking I decided to slowly open my eyes.It was painful. Something was blinding me. It was the sun! As I fully opened my eyes I saw the white walls, a white bed sheet. Almost everything in this room was bright white. I turned my head to the left side and I saw my worried parents beside my bed.
I realized I was in a hospital.
My dad first noticed that I was awake. "Honey! Our daughter she's awake!" My mom looked up and she started crying. "What happened?" I said. " You got into a really bad accident and you got terribly hurt. Darcy.. you were in a coma for 2 months. I'm so happy that you're awake now!" she said. Tears of joy were running down her face.
Damn. 2 months? This explains why I feel so tired. But what accident? What exactly happened? I tried to remember but my head felt so heavy and I closed my eyes again.
