*NOTE*
Sorry for the lack of chapters! I have been kinda busy, but mostly I just haven't been writing. I will try to write more! It will help when I am on summer vacation. ALSO! I have a new book! If you have ever read the manga or seen the anime FairyTail, it's about that! It's my favorite anime, and I have had my own story for it for a long time now. Go check it out! Even if you don't watch the anime or read the manga, I think you will enjoy it. :) Now for the new chapter!
-----------------------------------------
An explosion occurs when the three of us collide. When the smoke clears, I can see that Shadow is lying on the ground. Casper and I did it! We beat one of the members of The Eight Masked Members! Now that I think about it, that name for a dark organization is pretty lame. I am so happy that we beat him, and it's crazy we defeated him with just one hit. I wonder what would've happened if we lost, I guess I don't need to worry about it. I look over and see Casper smiling. I'm glad he wasn't harmed in all of this. The funny thing is, normally in books and movies, the guy saves the girl. It seems I mostly save him, but that's fine. Casper looks over at me and swings his sword at the air, then puts it on his back. He walks over to me.
"That was awesome!" Casper shouts.
"I know! I am so happy we won, and it wasn't even that difficult of a fight! The big monster was honestly more of a challenge than Shadow. Shadow just had the home-field advantage." I say while turning my head to look at Casper's sword.
"Luckily we didn't get hurt either, that would have been bad." He says looking where his wrists were tied.
With all of the relief, I almost forget to retrieve my keys. I walk over to Shadow's body, I am about to grab my keys when I see a black light. I look up and see the black light floating over Shadow, I take a few steps back. Shadow disperses into thousands of black sparkles, it's like when I defeated the monster. As the sparkles land, my keys fall to the ground along with the key ring. I smile and walk to pick the keys up. The first key still has no stone to fill the pattern like the one on my arm. I don't understand why it doesn't have the stone, if I beat a world, shouldn't I get the key and the stone? Something else I noticed, which world did I even get the number 1 key from? I know I found it while on Earth...I think. Wait no, I found it while in the world between! I was laying in the field, and it was next to me. This is all so strange, for starters, I am in a world with magic, monsters, and fairies. As if that isn't weird enough, I have magic keys, there are multiple worlds, there is a dark organization, and there is a sword boy right next to me.
While thinking about all of this, I remember Nora. I still haven't seen a trace of her. I hope she isn't too worried about me, I mean, I've been missing for a few days now. Knowing her, she will probably freak out and call police and have search parties out looking for me. The thing is, they obviously will never find me, for I'm in another world. I look over at Casper, and I notice something else, am I the only one here who came from a different world? For all I know, Casper could have come from The Cloud Realm or something. I decide that before Casper and I move to the next world, I am going to talk to him. I want to know more about him, and he deserves to know more about me too.
"When should we leave for the next world?" Casper asks as we walk out of The Masked Member's hideout.
"Well, I don't want to leave just yet. I want to explore this world a little more, and learn more about the other worlds." I reply.
"That's a good idea, I mean this world may look like Earth, but it's not even close to being the same." He says.
"Yeah. Hey, we should go to a restaurant! I haven't eaten that much while in this world, and it's time to try new things." I say while thinking about all the great food.
