"Alright, take a break, girls," Ji-an, our manager, calls to us from the door, then turns and leaves again. We all take a breath and head over to the bench to sit down and get water.
"Did you guys get the email about pets this morning?" Young Mi asks, fixing her hair in the huge wall mirror.
"Yeah, we can each only have one in the dorms," I nod.
I hope Noodle will get along ok with the other's pets...
"What?!" Hitomi exclaims, "But how will I choose between Kimchi and Miso?"
"Cats or dogs?" Penny asks, taking a drink of her water.
"Cats," she looks down at her phone's lock screen sadly. I lean over and see two orange cats looking up at the camera.
"Well, I don't have any pets, so you can bring both. If they ask, Miso is mine," Hana, sitting down on the floor, scrolls on her phone like it's nothing.
"Really?" Hitomi looks stunned.
"Mhm."
"Oh my goodness, you're the best!" Hitomi tackles her into a hug, earning a screech from Hana.
"Anyway," Young Mi chuckles at the two on the ground, "Does anyone know where the rice in the fridge came from?"
"Oh, yeah. That was me," I proceed to tell them the whole story, excluding my chat in the hallway with Han, and the hour after I got back to the dorm that we texted back and forth.
My phone buzzes and I check it.

Han:
I know! I'm sorry! They were
reading over my shoulder earlier
and I didn't know it!

Min:

my number?!
Han:
All three...
Min:
Oh my god...
Han:
I'm sorry!!!

I don't want it to feel like I'm just
forcing myself on him because he's my
bias. I want to consider whether he's
interested or not before doing anything.
Felix:

Min:

Felix:

I gotta go back to rehearsal, bye!

I start to ask him what he expected me to do with Hyunjin's number, but I decide to leave him be. I save the contact and sigh to myself.
"Who you talkin' to?" Penny leans over my shoulder.
"Felix."
"Wait, when did you get his number?!" Hitomi scrambles over to me.
"Well, I gave Han mine last night, and I guess he gave it out."
"GIVE!" Hitomi demands and grabs my wrist.
"Ok! Ok!" I laugh.
Later that day...
"Come on, Uma!" Penny calls to the solid black poodle behind her that's sniffing around the hall.
"Aw, she's so cute!" Young Mi pets the dog.
"Thank you!" Penny smiles and leads Uma into the dorm.
Ye jogs down the hall, carrying one fluffy orange cat in each arm, "Hold on! Don't close the door!"
I hold it open for her and chuckle as one of them screeches, clinging to her shirt.
"Where's your dog? Noodle? Was that his name?" Penny asks me, tossing the leash into her room.
"Yeah, Noodle. He's in my room. He's usually pretty quiet." Suddenly the little dachshund appears at my feet, "Aw, hi baby," I pick him up and scratch his ears. Penny's poodle, Uma, comes over and sniffs Noodle, so I set him down for them to greet each other.
Hitomi comes out from her room, "I'm just gonna leave them in there to get settled."
My phone buzzes and I see a text.

Hey, you guys want to come over
to one of our rooms for a bit? Just to
hang out for a while. We could share
some stage tips and exchange dance
moves ot something.

After my conversation with Felix this morning, I eventually got more texts from Lee Know and now have all of the other members numbers from Chan.

Chan:
Haha not this time.
We're just really bored.
