"I missed you," he looks down and gently grabs my hand in his.
I smile at him, "I missed y- AH!"
I squeal as he pounces on me, tightly wrapping me in a hug. I hear him snickering and I can't help but laugh with him.
His laugh is so cute. Even more so in person...
I bury my face in his shoulder and breathe him in. I swear it feels like I'm dreaming!
God, he smells heavenly...
He pulls back with an amused look, "Did you just sniff me?" he chuckles. I realize how close his face is to mine and look up into his eyes. I suddenly feel my body heat up and nervously smile.
"Uh... Yeah, I did..."
"Well, in that case..." Hyunjin swiftly leans down to my collarbone and sniffs loudly, then pulls back when we both start to laugh again.
"Wait, you smell good!" he leans back down and smells me again, holding back his child-like giggles.
"Stop! That tickles!" I playfully push him away from the feeling of his breath on my neck.
He sighs with a grin, lifting himself up with his hands on either side of me, "Your laugh is adorable..."
"Thank you. I think yours is sweet," I look away in embarrassment. He flops over dramatically and lies beside me. I lean up on my arm and admire his beauty; his smooth skin, his long eyelashes, his perfectly shaped jawline. He turns his head and gazes back at me.
"Hey, I wanna see your hair," I say, sitting up after a few minutes.
"It's all messy," he shakes his head, "I've been wearing this all day." He points to the beanie.
"I don't care," I giggle and reach for it.
"Nooo!!" he dramatically whines and covers his head. When I move to try and free his hair, he jumps up and scurries to the other side of the room, laughing all the way.
"Hey, come back here!" I quickly follow the boy and end up chasing him around the room before finally, I get out of breath.
"God, you're... Fast..." I pant, popping down into his desk chair.
And now for my evil little plan...
Hyunjin comes over to me sweetly, "Are you ok?"
I look up at him, smile, and grab the hat off his head, "Yep!" The straw-colored hair falls flat into his eyes, but is incredibly staticy and sticking up in the air around the crown of his head. I can't hold back a laugh at his dumbfounded face.
"You tricked me!" he reaches for the beanie out of my hand and I quickly jump away from him, laughing like a child, just as he was before.
Before I can even make it around the room once, he chases me into a corner... Like the literal corner of his room; putting his hands on the wall at either side of me. His expression is one of pure satisfaction with himself.
He leans down to my ear and whispers playfully, "Gotcha."
