Tris POV:
Tobias gave Caleb the best dare. Of course, Caleb didn't know it was jumping off a roof yet. Caleb breathes a sigh of relief. Ha, if only he knew. Everyone gets ups for this one. We walk to the train tracks. After we get out of the compound, Caleb turns around and is about to enter it.
"What are you doing?" I ask.
"Doing the dare." He replies.
"No. He meant enter the compound the way new initiates enter the building." I say, having way too much fun.
"How do you do that?" He asks. I shrug.
"Jumping off a roof." I say nonchalantly. Caleb's eyes widen.
"To get to the roof, we have to take the train."
Caleb has fear all over his face. We wait for the train. I hear it coming. Being a good sister, I wait for Caleb to start running. He just stands there. The train is nearing us and if we don't run soon, we'll miss it. Tobias looks back at me, worried. I wave for hi, to go ahead. The train is at us, rushing ahead.
"Caleb run!" I scream.
"Doesn't it stop?" He yells back. I push him forcefully, getting him to run.
"No. Why the hell would it stop?!" I shout. I sprint ahead. Caleb's loosing speed. The train is almost past us. I grab Caleb's shirt, half pushing him faster, half carrying him. I throw him into the last car, before jumping on. Caleb's face is red and he's breathing heavy. I sit down, panting slightly.
"Shouldn't you know that? You're Erudite." I say.
"I...I've never....researched....trains before." Caleb gasps. I roll my eyes. Once he regains his breath, he says, "Beatrice. Are you serious about jumping off a roof?"
"First, my name is Tris. And second, yes. The day of the choosing ceremony, they made all the initiates jump without knowing what was under." I explain.
"Did you jump last?" He asks.
"I jumped first." I say.
"Really?" Caleb looks so amazed.
"God Caleb, why are you so surprised about everything?" I ask angrily.
"Because you don't belong in Dauntless!" He shouts. I get angry.
"What about, I ranked first, do you not understand?!" I yell.
"Dauntless risk they're lives for no reason." He says.
"Let me live my life the way I want to live it!" I scream. It turns into a shouting match. In the end, Caleb ends up with a bruised jaw.
"Caleb, we're going to jump now." I say coldly. I reluctantly wrap my arm around his waist.
"3, 2, 1!" I push off at one, and lift Caleb with me. I land on my feet, but he falls. I walk over to Tobias.
"I heard shouting. Were you guys fighting?" He asks. I nod. He kisses my head.
"Ok Caleb. Go ahead and jump." Marlene says. He pales as he walks up to the ledge. He shakes as he pushes off of the ground. I hear screaming.
"Me next!" I yell, pulling Tobias with me. He's being good about his fear of heights. We turn around and jump backwards, not breaking our grip on each other's hand. I give a whoop of joy. The next cradles us as we land. I laugh and give Tobias a kiss. We hop off the net, and go next to a very shaken Caleb.
"You had fun on that?" He asks. I smile and nod.
"I'm glad I didn't choose Dauntless then." He mutters.
"Me too. You wouldn't have past initiation." I say. Caleb glares at me and walks away. I guess he's going home. After everyone jumps, I tell them about Caleb leaving.
"I think I, going to go home." I say. "I have initiates to train tomorrow."
Tobias comes with me. We cuddle into our bed and I fall into a dreamless sleep.*************************************************************

FanfictionThis story takes place as if the Erudite and Abnegation war never happened. Tris is getting over her Abnegation side and is falling in love with Four/Tobias. Sorry, I really suck at descriptions
