Tris POV:
I wake up and feel Tobias's lips on mine.
"Ugh. What time is it?" I moan.
"12:30am."
"Tobias!" I exclaim, chucking a pillow at him. He laughs.
"C'mon Babe. We need wake up the initiates." He says.
"What in the world our you talking about?" I ask turning over. He flips me back over so I'm facing him.
"Did you forget that tonight is capture the flag?" He asks me.
"Crap. That's tonight?" I reply. He nods.
"Uggghhhhh."
Tobias laughs and pulls the covers off of me.
"Ahhhh!" I shriek. "Not cool."
"Get up, Six." He says.
"What's it gonna take you to change your mind, Four?" I ask.
"A kiss." He says.
I lean up for one, but at the last second he moves his face.
"Sorry. You didn't kiss me. Now get up!"
"Four!" I laugh.Five minutes later we are standing outside the transfers dorm.
"Want to do it?" Four asks me. I grin and nod. I turn on my flashlight and scream at the top of my lungs, "FIRE! FIRE!!" I flash the flashlight into the transfers eyes. They all sit up, alert.
Before any of them can freak out, I say,
"Just kidding. Meet me at the train tracks. Three minutes."We're waiting for the transfers. All the Dauntless Borns have already arrived. I'm talking with Chris and Uri and Four when the train comes. The transfers walk into view.
"Hurry up!" Four shouts. We start running and get onto the train. The transfers have about two seconds to jump, the train is about to turn a corner. The first one jumps, and they all make it.
"The game is simple. It's like capture the flag." Uriah says. "Four and Six are team captains and Me and Christina are. You guys go first."
"The Stiff." Tobias says. Kay walks over to us, looking surprised.
The teams end up like this:
FOUR AND SIX-
Kay
Sara
Caroline
Brooke
Bobby
Ethan
URIAH AND CHRIS-
Sean
Carter
Harold
Vicky
Laura
KristineOur team jumps off at the Navy Pier. Everyone starts arguing about what we should do. Me and Four sneak away. I look at the Ferris wheel.
"Deja vú." Four says. I smile at the memory. I climb it again, Four right behind me. We look for a blue flag. I see it. The Abnegation sector. We climb down and tell our team. Half of us stay on defense and the other half of us go. We run to the Abnegation sector. I see a few people guarding the flag. I throw a rock in the other direction. Their heads turn and I shoot them with the paintball gun. They glare at me. The flag is on the top of a house. By now, some Abnegation people have come out of their houses to see what the fuss is about. I scale the house. I see the flag and I'm about to grab it when Uriah pops out of nowhere. I curse under my breath.
"You didn't think it was gonna be that easy, did you?" He asks, his signature grin on his face. I need a strategy.
"I didn't think you'd be such a coward to actually shoot me. Let's fight." I say. He pauses and I know I've got him. We both throw our guns over the side. I glance down and see all the Abnegation staring at us. I focus on Uri. He swings the first punch. I grab the hand and swing it to the side. He takes a step toward me. I kick his shin. He winces a little and aims toward my throat, I dodge it, but it still hits the jaw. I'll have a bruise there. I push him back, he stumbles, and I kick him down. I drag him to the side of the house. I see hands waiting to catch him. I wink at him.
"I won." I say smugly.
"Yeah, yeah. I should've shot you." He says, grinning. I throw him over the edge. The Abnegation gasp, but the Dauntless catch him. I grab the flag and wave it around in victory. My team cheers. I see my dad in the crowd, looking angry.
I stand up.
"I am very sorry for the inconvenience. It is actually not my fault. My idiot friend thought it would be okay to hide his flag here. I assure you I will beat him up more than I already did for it. We are playing capture the flag. Once again, it is not my fault. If you seek revenge, call me and I'll bring Uriah over and you can beat him up." I say, holding in laughs. I jump down from the house and run with the Dauntless to the train.
"Best speech ever!" Four says, giving my shoulders a squeeze. I laugh. I run past my dad. He gives me a disapproving glare. I smile back at him. I hop on the train. When we get home, I get back into my pajamas. I lean over to give Tobias a goodnight kiss. Let's just say it turned into something a lot more. A/N: sorry guys. Not going into detail for this one. Hope everyone knows what I mean😊I wake up the next morning with a smile on my face. We cancelled training for today because of the game last night . I look around for Tobias, but he's gone. I get out of bed.
VI
Hey hon. I went to buy something for me. I left you a muffin. I probably won't be back until four. Love you.
IVThat's the letter he wrote. I'm sad that I won't be able to see him, but I will be able to spend some time with Chris, Mar, and Shauna. I eat the muffin. I'm about to shower when I run to the bathroom. Bile leaves my throat. After everything was out, I drink water and brush my teeth. Huh, I must have eaten something last night. I go to the cafeteria to find my friends. I see them at our table.
"Ok. Girls, what do you want to do?" I ask.
"SHOP!" Chris and Mar scream. Shauna and I roll our eyes.
"No. Let's get tattoos." Shauna suggests. We all agree. I see Tori and wave to her. She comes over.
"Hey guys. What're up to?" She says.
"We want tattoos. And I want my ears pierced." I say. I didn't plan on that, but why not?
"Ok. Where do you want the piercing?" Tori asks.
"Two on the earlobe and one on the top." I say.
"Both ears?"
I nod.
We do that, and then I move to pick out tattoos. I pick an infinity symbol that says be brave. A/N: it's the picture above.
I sit in the chair. I decide to put it right between the top of my shoulder blades. Right below the neck. After everyone finished, we went back to our apartments. I opened the door and see that Tobias hasn't been here. Suddenly, I feel my food coming up again. I sprint to the bathroom. After I was done, I brush my teeth again, and I realize something. Before I get nervous I call Christina.
"Chris. Get over here. It's an emergency." I say.
"On my way."
Two minutes later Christina comes in. I tell her my symptoms.
"Chris. I think I might be pregnant." I say. Her eyes widen and she sprints out. Ten minutes later, she comes in with a pregnancy test. I gulp. I take it into the bathroom. I wait 20 minutes before looking at my results. Am I happy or sad with them?************************************
