Izuku bounced all around the room excitedly as Aizawa smiled a little, trying to get Izuku dressed so they could go.

"Come on Izuku, we can't go if you aren't wearing pants," Aizawa shook his head.

"Ok!" Izuku immediately ran over and let Aizawa dress him.

Nezu managed to convince the commission and got Izuku a private visit with Stain. They figured this was a good way to control Stain, if he knew that the boy was with them he'd do anything they said to protect Izuku. Obviously, Nezu and Aizawa weren't even going to let them in the same room as Izuku but they didn't need to know that.

"Are we gonna break Aka-nii out?" Izuku asked.

Aizawa gave him a sad look, "We can't do that, it'll get us all in a lot of trouble,"

"We'll get punished?" Izuku tilted his head.

Aizawa thought for a moment, "Yeah you could say that,"

Izuku frowned deeply, "Ok..."

"Alright, let's get going," Aizawa smiled and Izuku immediately cheered up.

"Yay!"

Izuku and Aizawa left, getting in the man's car and driving over to Nezu's home to pick him up. When they arrived the creature was already waiting for them outside, making his way over and getting in the backseat.

"Hello Izuku, how are you doing today?" Nezu asked.

"I am doing very well," Izuku responded like he was taught.

"Very good job," Nezu praised with a smile "Are you excited to see Stain?"

Izuku bounced excitedly in his seat, "Uh-huh! Uh-huh! I can't wait to tell Aka-nii about all the fun I'm having so he won't be worried anymore!"

"Yes he seems very worried for you, he must care for you deeply since he's trying to escape?" Nezu inquired.

"Mm, I hope so," Izuku made his fingers run along the roofs of the buildings they passed.

"What do you mean? Isn't it evident that he cares a great deal?" Aizawa glanced over.

"I dunno, he promised to come back to me and he hates breaking promises. People are meanies, they only pretend to love me but then I become a burden and they get rid of me. Aka-nii never got mad at me or got rid of me so he's my favorite and I hope he's not pretending," Izuku smiled as he hummed happily, unaware of how sad he made the adults.

"Oh Izuku," Nezu frowned.

"Well, I'm not pretending so you can be happy about that," Aizawa gave him a small smile.

"Yay! I wish you were a villain so you and Aka-nii could raise me together and we could be a big happy family like in the picture books," Izuku pouted.

Aizawa chuckled, "Well if I were a villain I'd likely be in there with him so we wouldn't be able to raise you,"

"Nuh-uh, you're the bestest- I mean best hero ever so you'd be the best villain too and you'd never get caught so you'd help me break him out and we'd run far far away! Plus Aka-nii is the best too, if he wasn't protecting me he could have...got away," Izuku trailed off at the end now unusually quiet.

Aizawa reached over placing a hand on Izuku's head after parking, "Don't feel guilty, it's proof that he protected you because he cares about you and wanted you safe. If you feel regretful about a decision he made out of love then it would be the same as regretting his love right? Instead, you should accept that love with all your heart and live in a way he'd be proud of," he smiled gently.
