Izuku paused in the alleyway and opened his shirt to peer down at all the things he swiped. He kept all the cash and threw the cards and other things in a nearby dumpster. He sat on an overturned trash can and looked at how much he had.

"Mmm, this doesn't look like much...Aww man I was hoping for more." Izuku pouted and pocketed the money.

He didn't have any idea how much it was but it didn't look like a big amount. Little did he know he had piqued someone's interest. Chisaki crept into the alleyway and peeked around the corner. Izuku was now gone, almost like he vanished and he had no idea what to expect.

He turned so his back was now against the wall as he came face to face with Izuku. His eyes shined with curiosity as Izuku held a pocket knife to his jugular. Chisaki hates kids but this one is different from other kids he has met.

"Hey kid, what's your quirk?" Chisaki asked.

"Huh? I don't have one,"

Chisaki was taken aback by his soft and tiny voice. He was even more surprised that he found a quirkless child.

"How old are you?" He asked.

"Hmm, four I think?" Izuku tilted his head in deep thought.

"What are you doing out here? It's dangerous, " Chisaki said as he watched the boy curiously.

"Yeah well so am I," Izuku said with a devilish grin.

Chisaki cracked a tiny smile though no one could see. He brought up his hand and disassembled the knife. Izuku's eyes widened in excitement and he quickly jumped back hoping for a playmate.

"Come on, I'm taking you back with me," Chisaki said with a wipe in hand.

It was strange, even though Izuku was covered in filth Chisaki didn't mind him being so close. He didn't break out in hives like he usually did either. Who is this boy?

"Why would I do that?" Izuku tilted his head.

"I don't plan on hurting you. I kind of like you and I hate quirks so I think we'll get along just fine." Chisaki said as he continued to walk.

Izuku bounced with joy, "Ok!"

As soon as Izuku let his guard down his exhaustion finally set in. Chisaki stopped noticing Izuku wasn't following him. He turned around to see Izuku face down on the ground.

He walked back over and knelt beside him. He carefully flipped him over on his back and wiped the dirt from his face. Chisaki picked Izuku up and put him on his back.

"Interesting,"

Izuku winced as he slowly opened his eyes. He blinked a few times letting his eyes readjust. His memories of last night slowly started to return and he sat up. An elderly man opened the door and entered with a tray of food.

"Here you should eat something," The man said sitting it on the bed.

Almost immediately Izuku began eating the food, not letting a single piece go to waste.

"You really shouldn't eat anything a stranger gives you. It could have been poisoned-"

Izuku stopped eating and glanced up, "Is it poisoned?" he questioned.

"No, but-"

Izuku immediately went back to eating and the old man shook his head. He just decided to let him finish before talking to him any further.

He examined the small boy curiously. He seemed really odd for a 4-year-old.

How did he survive out there alone? Especially since he doesn't have a quirk.
