"Benito, qué pasa? This is a f*cking party. Why do you look so serious? " José asked as he sipped his beer, sitting next to Benito.

"Me veo viejo?" Benito asked. When Mia said that he was old, it bothered him. Normally, he doesn't give a damn about what people think of him. He's only three years older than her. He's young, healthy, and in the prime of his life, but she kept calling him old. (Do I look old?)

"Qué?"José said in a confused manner as he turned to face his friend. (What?)

After drinking his beer, Benito responded, "She said I'm old."

"Quién? Mia?" José asked. His friend has been spending a lot of time with Mia lately. Since Benito seemed to be enjoying her company and he had a positive first impression of Mia, he assumed that she must be a wonderful person. Despite how he presents himself in his songs and music videos, Benito is not the kind of person who hangs around with anybody. (Who?)

Benito sipped his beer while nodding. José laughed. He thinks it's absurd that Benito was not having fun at a party simply because of what Mia told him. His friend simply does whatever he wants and doesn't give a damn about such trivial things. That's how he enjoys his life. Even though Benito has just recently met Mia, she already has that type of an effect on him.

"It might be because of the bigote." José said while trying not to laugh.

"Estás seguro? (Are you sure?)" Benito asked.

José gives a shoulder shrug. José called their friend, who was chatting up the girls at his party, "Man, I don't know. Ask someone else. Oi! Austin, come here." José called their friend, who was busy talking with the ladies at his party. Austin stood up and moved over to the group of men.

"What's up?" Austin asked as he sat beside José.

"Do you think Benito looks old for his age?" José asked.

Austin looked at his friends like he was shocked at why they're even asking that and said, "Cabrón, of course you look old. You old, man."

As soon as Austin said that, José started laughing. Even Benito burst out laughing when he heard his friend say that.

"Why ask the obvious?" Austin added.

José explained, still recovering from what Austin had said, "Mia told him he was old."

"Who is Mia?" Austin asked.

"The mujer I told you about." José reminded him. Austin tried to remember who Mia was. He recalled that José showed her a picture taken at Benito's birthday, which he had been unable to attend due to his schedule at the time.

"Oh, that mujer. Yeah, I remember. What about her? Dude, she's hot. Are you two together or just f*cking each other?" Austin asked. Benito rolled his eyes at his friends. Despite his reputation, he doesn't f*ck every girl he is close to.

José tapped Benito's shoulder and said, "No, but our friend here has a crush on her."

"Cállate, ella es mi amiga." Benito defended himself, but it only made his friends laugh. (Shut up, she's my friend.)

"I don't think she is that type of person. A mi esposa le gusta." Juan chimed in. He was silently listening to his friend's conversation from the start. (My wife likes her.)

José added to tease him, "I think she is an innocent young lady, and I'm afraid that our friend here will ruin her."

Benito gave his friend a harmless punch to the arm. He has no idea what will happen in the future, but for now, all he knows is that he likes being around her. She's someone who treats him genuinely as a friend, not someone who is expecting something in return. She's like a breath of fresh air to him. In all honesty, he did have a different goal in mind when they first met, but it changed when he got to know her better. He thinks that Mia is too good for him to play around with.
