Chapter 6

Jake's POV:
I was confused yet tried to calm Tord down, he was crying in his sleep, i woke him up, and he hugged he harshly. Maybe he had a nightmare, i'm not sure.

I felt the need to calm him down and try to cheer him up. "What happened, did you have a nightmare?", "Yes.." he said quietly. "It's alright now.", i kept hugging him and pat his back a little. He calmed down in a bit, and we stepped away from each other, now i didn't feel the warmth and the safety that i felt when hugging him. It upset me.

I looked at him, "Are you feeling better now?", he nod, still in tears.

"Maybe we could go eat something to cheer you up?", "Sounds good...", i smiled a little and we left his office, and went to get some food, we sat down somewhere and ate in quite a silence, but then Tord said, "Um... I think i can tell what happened in my dream now...", "Oh, then please do." i replied.

"Somebody uh... Died in front of me... Somebody important...", i felt bad for him, those kind of nightmares really feel real.

"Well, you are awake now, and i'm here for you.", he smiled.

"Thank you.", he replied.

I blushed a little when he smiled at me, i felt like i had butterflies in my stomach, he looked... Sweet...

'What the hell? Am i in love with him? I gotta make sure', i smiled back at him. We kept eating, and after we both finished we got up and left to go back to our offices.

"Should i stay with you?", i asked him, i felt a little nervous about it, it could be a little awkward. He nod, "That would make me feel better...", then we went into his office and he sat on his chair, trying to cheer up a little, reassuring himself that the nightmare is over.

Meanwhile i sunk into my thoughts, 'His hair is so fluffy... I wanna pet it.', i was occupied with thinking about unecessary information about Tord and his looks.

After work, we left and i escorted him back home again, then went home too. My cats welcomed me with their meows. I smiled and took my shoes off, and went to change, then i went to feed them. I gave them some canned food and went to think on my bed, deciding if i really want to try and see if i have a crush on Tord or not, and what i would do if i did have a HUGE crush on him...

'Maybe it's just some confusing feelings, maybe i am trying to decide what i feel towards him.', i was probably wrong, because i once even had the thought of wanting to kiss Tord, but i was too unsure.

My cats finished eating and came to me, they jumped on the bed and snuggled up to me, purring.

I kept thinking of my feelings and Tord, he seemed to have a crush on me too, but i could be wrong since i am unsure of my own feelings. Then i had to think of what i wanna do to prove my feelings for myself without Tord, or anyone else noticing. If someone realized that i might be gay, it would be a gigantic rumour going around the office.

After a while i got ready and went to sleep.

Next morning i woke up to my alarm, turned it off. and got out of bed, i felt really tired. I ate breakfast, got ready, and left for work. Tord wasnt there yet, i assumed he was going to be late. I went into my office and put my stuff down, looking through the files in my desk's drawers and shelves behind me.

I started working on stuff to make myself useful and waited for Tord, a while later i heard him come, and knock on my door, "Come in.", i said. He came in nervously, "Sorry i am late, i woke up late.", "It's alright.", i replied, he was about to leave, but i stood up and said "Wait, don't leave yet.", he stopped and looked at me.

I went to him and looked at him in the eyes, he blushed a little, "I need to test something, if you don't mind.", "I-I don't.", he said nervously, and i went closer to him, staring into his eyes deeply, after a minute of staring like that, i went back to my desk, "Alright, you can go now, thank you.", he quickly left.

And i came to a conclusion, i am in fact gay for him.
