The Lost One [Naruto]

Chapter 3

All characters belong to Masashi Kishimoto, except for Azura or any other new ones I might add to the story. Even if I wish they were mine, none of them are TT_TT

Azura

I walk down the Academy hallway, heading for the place I will meet my new teammates. Joy. Well, except for Sasuke, since obviously I already know him. Jeez, I can already hear them halfway down the hall. Too loud. And I was hoping that they wouldn't be complete imbeciles. How dumb of me.

"Oh, come on they're late!" an annoying voice rings out, belonging to a boy. I sigh.

"Get over it, loser," I hear Sasuke say, but his voice is much quieter.

"Hehe, we should prank them, whoever comes through the door first," I hear the boy say. I'm assuming this is Uzumaki Naruto, since he is the only other boy on the team. The Kyuubi Jinjuuriki, but it's not like I have reason to care.

"That's a terrible idea Naruto!" a girls voice screeches out. Ow. This must be Haruno Sakura. Even though she says this, her voice seems to incline otherwise. I hear some shuffling and giggling. Such fun I see this will be.

"That'll teach'm to be late! Believe it!" Naruto yells.

"That's so stupid! Sensei is a jounin, he'll never fall for a immature thing like that! I don't think even our new teammate would be stupid enough to fall for it, right Sasuke-kun?" she yells, her voice going up in an adoring voice at the end. Oh, so the annoying girl has a crush on Sasuke, does she? I could probably use that against her, but it will be annoying.

Sasuke lets out a "Hn." that I can barely hear. I can just see him arrogantly sticking up his nose now. I finally reach the door and see a dry board eraser jammed in it. How original, I'm thrilled! I open the door and catch the eraser as I walk in.

"Really? This is the best any of you can do? Ha!"I throw the eraser on the ground, and Naruto grabs it, to put back in the door, I'd assume.

"Woah, that was cool!" Naruto exclaims, but I ignore him.

"Oh, hi! You must be our team mate! You're new to the village aren't you? Well it's nice to meet you! What's your name? I'm Haruno Sakura bye the way!" Sakura chirps. I cock an eyebrow at her. Does her voice have to be so grating? I feel like she wouldn't appreciate me saying that, though...

"I'm Uzumaki Naruto, don't underestimate me, I'm the best ninja ever! I'm gonna be Hokage one day! Believe it!" the kyuubi boy yells loudly. I give him a withering look. He might be okay if he didn't yell all the time, but that probably isn't going to happen any time soon. I actually remember seeing him when we were younger. He was always shamed and hated for what he is. It was horrible. By the way Sakura treats him, I guess things never change. 

Sasuke just narrows his eyes at me. "Sasuke-kun, aren't you going to introduce yourself?" Sakura asks him. He looks at me.

"I already know her."

"Hmph, oh really now? You just know sooo much all the time, do you? Anyway, who are you?" Naruto says, bouncing around. He seems very hyper... Spaz. I look over at Sasuke, then sit down.

"Why me? I'm Uchiha Azura," I say without much inclination.  Sakura gasps.

"Woah, really? Why have I never seen you around? Are you related to Sasuke-kun or something?" Sakura  exclaims hopefully. She just wants me to not be a threat, doesn't she? Well the joke's on her. That's disgusting.

"No, we aren't related. Why? Are you worried? Ha. I'm not so petty for that, now. What are you thinking?" I tease. She gets a tick mark and angrily harrumphs, but doesn't say anything.
