Night Swim: Jade

(I couldn't find the Artist. Sorry.)

"I'll go with Jade." You said and Jade smiles while Floyd pouts. "Aww. I thought you'd choose me, Shrimpy."

"No need to be sour, Floyd. There's still many times we can play." Jade says, swimming towards you as Floyd darts off into the dark water. "Climb on, Yuu. I promise I won't bite." Jade said, though he mumbled the last part. You hold on his back and the two of you look at each other.  "Don't be shy. Shine the light to catch Floyd. I can't see in the dark." He said and you nodded, shining the light through the water. "Luckily for us we didn't swim off right away, or we would've hit the corals." Jade said as he started to swim. You hold onto him as he swims through the water, looking at the scenery as Jade swam. It was beautiful. You've seen marine wildlife in documentaries, but witnessing it in person was mesmerizing.

"Enjoying yourself, Yuu?" Jade asked and you snapped out of your thoughts. You laughed it off and straightened the light as Jade chuckled to himself, "No. It is beautiful isn't it?" He asks and you nod. "Underwater is a beautiful experience."

"Aw, come on. I thought we were playing a game." A familiar voice said. It was Floyd, looking bummed out. "I wanted you two to chase me so I could chase you back." He said, Jade couldn't help but laugh. "Swim then. We'll be on your tail."

"Ah? You better chase me too." Floyd said as he swam off. Jade looked at you and smiled, "Are you ready?" He asked and you nodded, "Let's get him." You said as he went after Floyd.

The three of you were chasing each other around for what felt like hours. "Floyd, we need to head back to our dorm." Jade said. "Aww. I almost got you two. Too bad." He mumbles and swims off where the three of you originally came. Jade smiles softly and swims after him.

*At the Mirror Chamber*

Once the three of you arrived back at the chamber, the potion wore off. You inhaled and exhaled as the cool air hit you. The twins left you in the chamber so you could put your extra clothes on.

Once you finished, you grabbed your wet clothes and town. You started walking back to Ramshackle. It was cold as hell tonight, so you clenched the towel around yourself to warm you up a bit.

*At Ramshackle: Front entrance*

You walked up the steps and were about to open the door but you suddenly felt a hand on your shoulder. You turned around and saw Jade, carrying your dirty clothes.

"You forgot these." He says, chuckling slightly as you look embarrassed.

You take the clothes. "Thank you. And thank you for inviting me to swim with you two tonight." You smile and he returns the gesture with a grin of his own.

"Of course. You seemed very stressed these past few days, so Floyd and I came up with an idea for you. I hope you had fun." He looks down at you, since he is way taller, smiling. His smile is soft and sweet.

"Thank you again." You opened Ramshackle's doors and walked inside. You turned around to see Jade already at the gates to Ramshackle. You close the door and walk into your room, Grim still sleeping as you crawled back in your bed.
