Hunt for the Enemy

     After the celebration 2 days ago, the Scouts got prepared for their expedition to retake Wall Maria.

Shoto: "(So, that's Shiganshina District? From a distance, it almost looks a bit small.)"

Izuku: "This is it."

Katsuki: "Yeah, it's been awhile since I've been here."

Eren: "We're taking our home back."

Armin: "We will, Eren."

Mikasa: "Let's do this."

     Eventually, all the Scouts made it to the gate of Wall Maria, and got in position for the plan. Eren and his friends were also on top of the wall, and they looked around at their home that was destroyed. Suddenly, Levi snapped them out of it.

Levi: "Don't stop! Get to that outer gate!"

     They continued with the plan and headed for the outer gate. Just then, Eren used his Titan form and harden it to plug the hole.

Katsuki: "Hey, you good?"

Eren: "Yeah, I think so."

Katsuki: "Here, I grabbed your cloak after you transformed."

     Eren was surprised when Katsuki helped him get his cloak, blushed softly and tried not to show it.

Eren: "Thanks."

     After the outer gate was plugged, they made their way to plug up the inner gate next. Levi even pointed something out to the boys.

Levi: "We're not finished; You'll plug the gates all you want, but they can just break them again later. Until we've killed Reiner, Bertolt and whoever else may be with them, the operation to retake Wall Maria won't be over."

Eren: "Yeah, I'm well aware of that."

Katsuki: "So, how are we gonna find these assholes?"

Eren: "Armin and Zuki are trying to track down their hiding spots inside the wall."

Katsuki: "Let's hope they found something helpful."

     Meanwhile, Armin was discussing with Izuku, Shoto, and Mikasa about the possibility of someone hiding inside the wall.

Izuku: "Wait, you're saying that they could be hiding inside the wall?"

Armin: "Yeah; That's what I believe at least."

Shoto: "Who are Reiner and Bertolt?"

Mikasa: "They used to be good friends of ours. However, they turned out to be Titan Shifters and betrayed us."

Izuku: "So, do you have a plan in mind with that, Armin?"

Armin: "We'll send 1 group to each side of the wall and check the surface. Look for a small cavity that someone could hideout in. Somewhere that's a hollow area. It may be covered. If you find something, fire off an acoustic round."

Shoto: "Sounds good to me; Let's go."

     They all moved with their ODM gear, and checked the inside layers of the wall. Eventually, Izuku found a hollow area, fired an acoustic round, and alerted the others.

Izuku: "Guys, I found a hollow area!"

     Suddenly, someone came out of the wall, and tried to stab him. However, Armin warned Izuku quickly.

Armin: "IZUKU, WATCH OUT!!"

     Izuku then quickly jumped away to the side, and revealed their former comrade, Reiner Braun.

Izuku: "It's Reiner!"

Shoto: "That's Reiner Braun!?"

Mikasa: "Yeah, he's 1 of the people who betrayed us!"

     Just then, Levi jumped down from the wall, and stabbed Reiner through the neck. Sadly, it didn't work as Levi forgot that he was the Armored Titan.

Katsuki: "Captain Levi!"

Levi: "Shit! What are these guys made of!? A blade through the neck, and the bastard still won't die!"

     After he got stabbed, Reiner transformed into his Armored Titan form, and everyone else retreated up the wall. Shoto was especially tensed up and shocked to see 1 of the 9 Titan Shifters of History, and he didn't know how to react from it.

Shoto: "(Holy Shit! So, that's what the Armored Titan looks like!? This is insane! I wonder how big the Colossal Titan is!)"

     Just then, a large number of abnormal Titans came from out of nowhere, and stood still in every direction. This also got Shoto worried for his life.

Shoto: "(Shit! They're already here!? How!?)"

     Soon enough, Mikasa rushed over to Shoto making sure that he's okay.

Mikasa: "Shoto, are you alright?"

Shoto: "I'm just shocked about all of this."

Mikasa: "Don't worry, it'll be alright; C'mon we gotta help our friends stop Reiner and Bertolt."

Shoto: "Right; Let's go."

     They both then regrouped with their friends and helped them deal with Reiner. Meanwhile, Katsuki was trying to talk with Eren about their past.

Katsuki: "Eren, I know it's hard to bring up, but I do regret everything that happened years ago."

Eren: "Do you really expect me to believe that crap? Katsuki, You neglected us since we were kids. How the hell can you make up for any of that?"

Katsuki: "It'll probably take the for me to earn forgiveness from the 4 of you, but I'm willing to take that risk."

Eren: "As if that's ever gonna happen from me. Why the hell do you care so much now?"

     Before he could answer, Katsuki quickly grabbed Eren by his collar, pulled him close, and passionately kissed him; Thus, catching Eren completely off guard and blushed red.

Katsuki: "That's what I think; Listen, I'm gonna help the others deal with Bertolt. In the meantime, you keep Reiner busy as much as possible, alright?"

     Eren nodded in agreement, and Katsuki regrouped with the others while Eren stood still for a few more seconds to process what happened.

Eren: "(What the hell just happened!? Why did he go and kiss me like that!? That was so unexpected! We're in the middle of a battle, and he just had to kiss his childhood rival!? What the hell's wrong with that guy!? Ugh, maybe I'll figure it out later after we save Shiganshina and reclaim Wall Maria. For now at least, I can't risk getting distracted because of that damn kiss. Katsuki, I don't know what you were really trying to do on me, but that has gotta be by far the most ridiculous act you could make.)"

     After they talked, Eren got into his Attack Titan form and Katsuki readied his gauntlets so they can take down their enemies once and for all.
