After class, Jimin dragged the hungry bear to the café.
"Come on, you've been growling louder than your stomach," he teased, ignoring the scowl from behind.
The "hungry bear" — also known as Kim Taehyung— grunted but didn't resist. He was hungry enough to eat up whole cafe in one swoop.
They stepped inside, the warm aroma of fresh pastries and coffee instantly wrapping around them like a cozy blanket. Although some people around were still staring and gossiping, they treat them as dirt and strode over the counter.
Taehyung's eyes darted to the glass display. "One of everything," he muttered, practically drooling.
Jimin raised a brow. "You planning to feed a village or just your bottomless pit of a stomach?"
Taehyung shot him a glare, then turned to the cashier with a smile. "Ignore him. He's just cranky because he's not getting any of these."
The cashier blinked, uncertain whether to laugh or call for backup.
"Just get your food and don't eat the menu again," Jimin sighed, shaking his head.
Jimin and Taehyung took the tray and sat down at a corner table when Yoongi strolled in and slid into the seat across from them.
"You two look like you just robbed a bakery," he said, eyeing the loaded tray.
"We did. The Kim Taehyung is hungry as hell," Jimin replied with a grin, unwrapping his sandwich.
Taehyung was already halfway through a croissant, cheeks puffed out like a chipmunk. "Mmmf, wan' some?" he offered, holding out the remains.
Yoongi took the croissant without any hesitation. He hadn't bought his lunch yet but looking at the two fully packed food tray he don't think he needs to order anymore.
" Where is your food haraboji?" Jimin asked cheekily.
"Why bother?" Yoongi muttered, casually reaching for a muffin next. "This looks like enough to feed a small army." The three of them laughed and enjoyed the lunch cheerfully while four pairs of eyes looked at them enviously.

It was late at night when Jimin stood in the kitchen, furiously chopping vegetables like they had personally offended him. The smell of sizzling garlic and soy filled the air, but the tension was even thicker.
Taehyung sat on the counter, legs swinging, watching him with a deep, exaggerated pout.
"Minnie," he whined for the fifth time that night, "I swear we will just have a meal with hyungs."
Jimin didn't even look up. " Just a meal? Why should we even drink water with them?" he snapped, slamming the knife down before turning to knead the dough with even more aggression.
" You know it has nothing to do with them and beside I miss them." Taehyung said softly, jutting his pouting lips even more for dramatic effect.
"It has nothing to do with me either," Jimin huffed, not looking at him. "And besides—it's 11 p.m. Who throws a dinner party at midnight?! Vampires?!"
Taehyung grinned. "We do. Midnight snacks are sacred."
Jimin whipped around with flour on his cheek and a glare in his eyes. "I swear if they hurt you again, I'm going to bury them in the backyard."
"I'll bring the shovel," Taehyung said solemnly. Then added, "But after dinner."
Just as he said that, the doorbell rang.
