Tris POV
The bell ending 4th period finally rang and I see Christina, Marlene, and Lynn standing in the hallway waiting for me
"Finally! I'm starving!" Christina says jokingly
"come on I'm starving too" , the three of us walked into the cafeteria together and got into the lunch line.
A few minutes later a guy tries to cut in line "hey get back in line!" I shout at him before facing me until I realized who it is
"Ohh hi Tob- I mean Four." Christina, Marlene and Lynn who are all behind me gasp
"Y-you now him?" Christina says akwardly. Why do they act like this around him?
"Umm yess.." We have 1st, 3rd, and 4th period together" "ohh.. Okay" Christina says "What would you like today Ms Prior?"
I didn't even realize that the line is moving since my eyes were just glued to Four the whole time, I have a feeling that I know him, like he was my friend, but why?
"I think I'll have some dauntless cake please" "very well then" the lunch lady says "thanks Linda have a nice day" I say without even realizing that I said her name
We walked back to our lunch table where Zeke, Uriah, Al, and Will are sitting "Hey baby!" Will shouts while pulling Christina for a kiss all of us groan in disgust
"Guys, please do me a favor and GET A ROOM" I say while all we laugh and finally dig in into our food
"hey guys wanna play a game?" Uriah says it as we finish our food "sure! but can we do it on the football field?" I say while chewing my food, "sure!, come on guys lets go to the football field so we can play Candor or Dauntless" we threw all of our thrash and head to the football field.
We all sat down at the grass while getting ready to play "okay I'll start" Zeke says while staring at Lynn, I feel like somethings going on between them that they won't tell us.
"Okay Lynn, Candor or Dauntless?" Zeke asks "Candor" Lynn answers "pansycake" Zeke mumbles under his breath "hey I heard that!" Lynn shouts at him "you were meant to". Okay something's definitely going between these two
"do you like anyone that is in this circle
"why don't you just sit down next to each other so all this drama can stop?" I say as I wink at Zeke who immediately sits next to Lynn and starts staring at each other
"okaaayyy.. I'm gonna go next because I think it's pretty obvious that nothings gonna happen when these two lovebirds are together" all of them laughed and without even noticing we heard the bell ring
"look what you've done Zeke" Four says jokingly "sorry bro, girls before games" Zeke says before realizing what he just said
"that doesn't even make sense!?" I say to him Zeke just laughs and walks Lynn to class
I was on my way to 5th period when I feel someone grab my wrist
"What the?!—ohh hey Four do you need something?" I ask him "hey umm.. Can I talk to you?" He asks me, "sure" i answered I have a few minutes to spare anyways "do you remember anything about me?, anything at all" Four asks me I stare at him weirdly and try to think hard to remember if I've know him
Before I could even speak I saw Caleb angrily walking down the hallway towards us and grabs Four by the shirt....
