Arshita groaned when she felt someone nudging her making her groan.

"Stop!" She whined burrying her face in the pillows.

"Arshu, get up. I swear if you don't get up then you'll not like the consequences. For god's sake today is your marriage." Ahana again tried to wake her up.

Her last sentence made her eyes open as she wake up quickly.

Today's her wedding. Indeed.

Yesterday was her mehndi and haldi. She remembers how both of the families enjoyed together. It was not much of a big function but a small one.

But now she was getting wedding jitters. Her throat always dry up as soon as the thought of leaving her house came to her mind.

"Arshu" Ahana nudged her bringing her out of her own world.

But instead of saying something Arshita just hugged her tightly.

"Arshu, what happen?" She softly asked her.
"Hey! I know how you must be feeling. Don't worry. Calm down."

Arshita took a deep breath before backing away from the hug.

"Take a shower and come downstairs. We've to go to the venue after doing your makeup and all." Ahana nodded her head at her.

Arshita stood up as Ahana went out closing the door behind.

"I hope I don't regret this decision." She murmered to herself glacing at the blue sky which was adorned by big white clouds.

Opening her window, a cool breeze of air hit her face blowing her hair while she just closed her eyes in contentment feeling the wind.

Her eyes opened when she heard the sound of door opening again but the only difference was that it was her father this time.

She tuned around and almost ran to him hugging him as he plant a kiss on her head taking her in his arms hugging her tightly.

"Daddy.." she whispered.

"Shh...." He rubbed her back to calm her down. He knows how she must be feeling because to be honest the feeling inside him was something similar to her. His eyes immediately got watered thinking about his daughter will leave him in a few hours.

"You don't have to worry about anything. He's the best man for you, princess. Trust me." He gave a last squeeze to her shoulder before pulling away only to see her eyes glistened.

"I don't want to do this." She sniffled trying to control her tears that were at bay.

"Oh baby, come on! You're my strong girl. Right? Shh...." He hugged her once again and she finally let her emotions out via tears.

The door got opened again as Rudra came with bloodshot eyes to see the father-daughter duo hugging together.

"Bhai" Arshita's crooked voice called him snapping him out of his daze.

"I have a plan. Let's go, I'll take you to our mansion in London. We can live there. If you're gonna cry this much then there's no need to do any marriage." He said as she went to him hugging him.

"Rudra!" His father lightly scolded him listening to his not so good plan.

"Come on! My little sister. Stop crying. Shh...." he cooed wiping her tears.

After their little cry session, Arshita showered and went out of her room to see her best friend already present there with a team of hair and makeup artists.
