Akiri: This is Squad V, reporting in
Currently, at a secluded alleyway, Akiri and Kiana are seen peeking around the corner to spy at a garage door, which is heavily guarded by two Titan mechs and a few Spider mechs scattered around.
Akiri: We're at the back entrance of ME Corp HQ, but we're seeing heavy patrols here
Kiana: Looks like they're not taking any chances...
The two then retreated back into the shadows, slightly illuminated under the moonlight.
Theresa: (coms) That's unfortunate...
Theresa's voice is heard over the radio.
Theresa: (coms) Let's wait for Himeko to report in. She's supposed to be done scouting the main entrance now
As they wait, Kiana looked up at the tall building and frowned.
Kiana: ME Corp... Mei's father is the CEO of this company, right?
Akiri: Raiden Ryoma? Yeah, he is
Kiana: Why would Anti-Entropy imprison Mei in her father's company?
Theresa: (coms) Raiden Ryoma was arrested for economic crimes a while back. But the truth is, he was framed by Cocolia in order for her to gain directorship over the company. So technically, ME Corp is owned by Anti-Entropy now
Kiana: This Cocolia... Akiri mentioned her as well. She's the leader of Anti-Entropy, right?
She and Himeko then look at the boy.
Akiri: More like a dictator. Cocolia is a radical extremist, who, unfortunately, has command over AE
Theresa: (coms) And I bet that she is the one behind all of this
Kiana: Cocolia... I'll make her pay for taking Mei-senpai and Bronya!
Himeko: Not good...
Himeko's voice was then heard from behind them.
Himeko: The front entrance is guarded as well. The place is crawling with mechs
Akiri and Kiana turn to see Himeko Murata, walking towards them.
Theresa: (coms) Figures...
Himeko: There are robots and cameras at every entry. It's ME Corp, after all...
Theresa: This is tougher than I thought
Akiri: What should we do?
Kiana: I say we just break in already. It's just a couple of clankers anyway
Theresa: That's not an option. Unfortunately, Schicksal isn't ready to declare war on Anti-Entropy yet. If anything serious happens, they can easily swing the blame on us
Himeko: We should retreat for now. If we snoop around for too long Anti-Entropy will eventually find us
Kiana: No way! I'm not leaving Mei-senpai and Bronya! I'll go in alone and rescue them by myself if I have to
Akiri: Kiana, I understand how you feel, but being reckless won't solve anything
???: (coms) Subject Akiri is correct
A familiar voice interrupts, being heard over the radio, and they recognized it to be Bronya.
Bronya: (coms) Please pull yourself together, idiotka
Kiana: Bronya?! Is that you?
Bronya: (coms) Da. The Bronya is speaking to you from inside ME Corp headquarters
