After explaining what happened over the summer cutting out the last week and a half, Draco and Luna were trying to find a way to get Harry out from going back to the muggles. "It's all really silly." Luna commented breaking the silence of the room.

"What is?" Asked Draco.

"Well it says here that most witches and wizards can get legally married at 13 as long as they have the following... consent from one parental figure, a partner within 2 to 3 years of their age gap, and a magical test that they are being married and it's their own free will."

"So you're saying I could get married but I can't live with my godfather?!" Harry asked pissed off.

Draco then looked up excited. "You're considered a legal adult once you get consent from a parent!" He said happily.

"Remus!" Harry said jumping up. "Moony! I have to get married!" He said opening his bedroom door.

"Harry wait." Draco said stopping him. "You need someone to marry first." He pointed out.

Harry dropped back down to his bed. "I can't even get a date how am I supposed to find someone to marry me?" Harry asked with a sigh.

"Harry." Luna said setting a hand on his shoulder. "I love you, you know this and I would but I want to marry for life and I already have a crush on someone else."

"I would but my parents would kill me at the suggestion- wait who do you have a crush on?!" Draco asked.

"Not important. That hufflepuff boy likes you the older one with the fluffy brown hair." Luna informed them.

"Diggory?" Draco asked mouth wide open in a very un-pureblood way

Luna nodded. "If you keep your mouth open much longer you'll get whatsperts." she said.

"Suck it, Lovegood." Draco joked.

Luna threw a wadded up ball of paper and they all laughed when it messed up Draco's hair.
