I do not own Omori or Mha. This was just an I idea that popped into my head earlier. I do not own any of the art or videos inside. This book contains swearing, violence, gore, etc.

Main Outfit-Basically Omori's outfit :)
Headpiece-Able to have more control over Omori (helps to prevent from overuse of Quirk). Can use Quirk longer (totally not a Saiki reference :3)
Killua's Backpack ref.-Killua's bag? Used to control red hands and make them stronger (more durable and resistant, as well as stronger grip).
Gloves-Just regular gloves. Helps keep blood off hands... :)
Belt+Knife Holder-When the knife is put back in, any blood gets cleaned off and the knife gets sharpened (knife holder automatically sharpens the knife to cleanse it of any blood, poison, etc.).
